missing a vein when injecting?

if you miss a vein when you inject do you still get the same level of highness as if you hit it, like does it just take longer or do you lose some of the gear like if you were smoking?? also how much IV subutex would you need to replace a 2-3 bag a day habit? any help is much appreciated.

The drug will be absorbed much slower, so though you will ultimately absorb most if not all of it, it will be very spread out and yout high will feel noticably less and there will be no initial rush. Have you missed a shot? Are you aware of the signs of infection to look out for (heat, redness, swelling, pain) and do you need to see a doctor?

Although we could probably answer this here, it feels like this is more suited to OD as they are the experts on IVing and opioid maintenance and I get the feeling you will have more questions..
