any way pcp is one crazy ass drug n shit , what i've noticed tho is the bags of dust are never da same water used as when u get dipped ciggarrets, they either add something to da juice when they mix the leaves or just cut the fucking shit out of the water when they sell dips...lol i hate water it dont get me high
...oh and i cut my leg wit a razor blade and put a little dust mixed wit water on da cut.. my leg was numb 4 two days real talk... crazy meng i am not injecting that shit lol i was bugggin ... welll nice to see u guys AGAIN.. LOL I AM NOT A TROLL

PCP is NEVER dissolved in water. It's almost always dissolved in ether.

So no ish if you put powdered PCP into water it wouldn't work. No wonder you don't get high. That doesn't even make sense to do so.
