Opioids opana ER for someone who normally does not do pills?

I have a question? What does Opana feel more like to everyone.......is it more like oxycodone, morphine or hydrocodone in relation to sedation, stimulating, edginess, etc......

It feels more like hydrocodone or heroin, to be honest... definitely not oxycodone, which is strange because, unless I am mistaken, oxymorphone is an oxycodone metabolite. I can't make sense of it, but it doesn't feel at all like when I take oxycodone...

For someone who has such a low dose I would definitely not even recommend taking 1/4 of the 20mg pill. Maybe 1/8. It's a very strong opiate

I remember the first time I tried opana, at that point I was already using heroin occasionally, and when I took oxy I would snort a whole OC 80 at a time. I took roughly ~15mg (give or take) of the opana that day and threw up from it. I was very surprised. I had planned on snorting the whole 20mg but I spaced it out and I'm glad I waited...

oh my god i wish oxymorpho's were still in my area. used to get the red (30) stop signs.

but on that note, i would suggest for a first time to snort half the pill. first time i did it, i had the 30 and bumped the half. i ended up throwing up later, but that was the only side-effect. you should also throw up as well, but after you become more experienced, you get past those things.

and for the ambien, you're fine, i've combined both of them with NO side effects.

I would agree that Oxymorphone doesn't really feel like Oxycodone though your correct it is a metabolite.
IV'd I'd say it's most like Dilaudid mixed with Heroin.
As when I shoot dillies I usually mix in some dope to give it some legs & that seems to be the closest to Oxymorphone imho.

I whacked 30mg of Opana IR (the pinkies) yesterday & it felt like the above & below.

(NOTE I HAVE A MASSIVE TOLERANCE DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER DOSING 30mg of Oxymorphone IF YOU DON'T!!)

I can't stress the above enough, no dick-sizing or any other bullshit, just don't dose above your tolerance with Oxymorphone.

Anyways, back on point...
Stellar long lasting rush, great high / nod with a decent duration.
So to answer the question I'd say it feels like the Dilaudid rush amplified with Heroin's legs to boot.
It is an extremely strong substance & not to be toyed with.
If you don't have a large tolerance, don't fuck with Opana would be my opinion on the subject.
Also since I mentioned IV pills I have to make the obligatory note & mention that I use micron filters.
If anyone chooses to IV pills they should also be sure to use micron filters as well.

As for the op personally from my experience I would recommend about 2.5mg's nasally with his tolerance.
Perhaps even lower than that as Opana hits you like an asteroid crashing into Earth.
As with the tolerance mentioned even 5mg nasally might be a bit much.
I know when my tolerance was that low 5mg would have been way to much.

Mods feel free to change my warning to red if you so choose.
I just didn't feel comfortable using said color as I'm not a mod.
Though I believe the warning warrant's it's usage.

This is why I havent tried it so far, I dont want my tolerance to sky rocket.

This statement is very very true.
I was able to maintain an Oxycodone habit at approx the same doses for a year & a half to 2.
Then all I could get was Oxymorphone...
Since that point my tolerance has never gone back to what it was, has continued to increase & resulted in IV usage.
Having to shoot 30mg of Oxymorphone just to catch a decent buzz with a minor nod isn't somewhere you wanna get to.
Trust me on that one.

Im prescribed hydrocodone for scoliosis & I will never take oxycodone again in any form because I just dont like it & it makes me so irritable. Ive wanted to try Opana but since we all know it will raise my tolerance to infinity, I dont wanna do them right now. What do you guys recommend is a good opiate for recreation that wont raise my tolerance so high that I wont feel my dosage of hydrocodone?

I was thinking Daulidid but that will also take my tolerance up. Ive tried Morphine & it really hasnt affected my tolerance at all to tell you the truth. I definitely wont try Fentanyl either, so is there anything out there worth it & not raising the tolerance much? Again, I wont touch Oxycodone again.

If you take opana as prescribed, it is a wonderful med and wont fuck your tolerance up.

That's a big IF, though.
