I know l-dopa is almost dopamine, but I thought it needed to be taken with something else to GEt the effects....which would be more beneficial to buy.....trying to stay healthy while still having fun. So I'd like to get the better of the two depending on which is more beneficial and no adverse side effects

I could be wrong, but when I went supplement-searching a while back I could only find L-Tyrosine. I'm not sure if it's legal to sell L-Dopa here, but that could be why.

For stimulant comedowns I aways find it is useful to drink a massive meal replacement milkshake that contains as many amino acids as possible, there are plenty of protein and carb meal replacement shakes that contain l-tyrosine, they really do help with the after effects of stimulants a lot.

Have never tried using l-dopa, so can't really advise you on that.

I would definitely recommend getting a supply of one of the meal replacement shakes that contains l-tyrosine as one of the amino acids in the ingredients.

L-dopa is a drug used to treat the effects of dopamine depletion in parts of the brain caused by Parkinsons disease for those who don't know, never heard of it being used recretionally before!

edit: re-read your post, I see you are talking about taking it for come-downs not recreation. Am not familiar with it being used for that either, but a quick google shows that it is used in that way by some people.. l-dopa crosses the blood brain barrier and is a dopamine precursor so I guess in theory it would help with post-stim dopamine depletion, but I have no idea if it is effective or dangerous...
