Opioids Re-dosing with hydrocodone?

I have a pretty low tolerance for hydrocodone. 20 mgs is more than enough. I stumbled across some pills with 10 mg of hydrocodone and under 400 mgs of acetaminophen. I took one of those, and a 5 mg hydrocodone, bringing my total to 15 mg hydrocodone. I feel nice, but not amazing. I didn't get the feeling of "dope running down my spine" (lyrics quote from spiritualized- awesome band!) like I sometimes do. I took the pills 2 1/2 hours ago. Will re-dosing with another 10 mgs do any good, or will I just be wasting it?
For some, 15 mgs probably sounds like a ridiculously small amount, but I only use it every few weeks, so it's a lot for me, and it's very hard to come by, so I don't want to waste any!

It's all relative. To you it might be weak but to someone with no tolerance it might be very strong. I remember when one hydro would really hit me back in the day.

Anyways, re-dosing is effective for some but others don't seem to like it. IMO you never feel as good as the first dose of the day, all at once. But sometimes that's hard to judge. You just gotta figure out what's right for you.

If all you have is 10mg left then i would take it since 15mg didnt work for you obviously 10 wont either so no point in saving it really.

10mg seems logical for an increase. This is more of a dosing question best suited for BDD, but there's really not more to be said so I'm gonna close this rather than move it. PM me if you have any questions.
