Anyone live their life according to this ideology?
How has it affected your life?
For Better/worse?
Advantages/disadvantages?
What caused you to come to this ideology and embrace it?
Once fully comprehended were you able to revert back to previous ideologies regarding life?
1: To postulate how these may effect an attempt at a thorough-going nihilism, to make this conversation more robust since no one has taken a point by point yet; I'd say many have though whether they've achieved what it entails remains up for question.
1: I'd say nihilism may, in terms of the cognitive dissonance developed from partaking in scruples and squabbles from any ideology, be a minimalist approach that would take the key factor to affect ones life in avoiding them.
2: A true nihilist may not be able to answer 'better or worse' and remain a nihilist, or see such a question as a bait (and also in so doing cease to be nihilistic, for making value of ones own nihilism).
3: Advantages & disadvantages may be internally countered the same way, but from an outside view of functionality and consistency, the advantages may be the stillness of internal mental considerations, perhaps a type of 'peace of mind', from in the earlier mention of effect upon ones life. They may also include recklessness from avoiding social conventions of any type. A tendency to not mesh with the prevailing considerations, though without specifically resisting them, as a disadvantage.
4: Anything that would make one approach true nihilism, would, in my opinion, require one to reject the very rationale that led them to embracing and carrying out such a position to begin with; otherwise it would live out 'non-nihilistic' residua in their world view. It would be a last volition of sorts, a volition to end all confluence of volitions.
5: Would one be able to revert back? Depends on how much of will is conscious, if true nihilism was possible and will is completely conscious, then having achieved nihilism is conceivably a static state from which one does not leave without having strands and traces of sentiment to follow back that were not severed to truly be nihilistic at all.
Now were persons unable to be nihilistic, that entities or bureaus without identity could is another matter and whether those could be seen as unbiased points of loyalty for persons completely comprehending them as such still seems entirely likely.
