Yeah cheers Mr Blonde. I'm still a bit iffy about mixing OC & sleepers, especially when I use them for sleep most of the time. Just ended up taking 5mg stilnox which knocked me out for 6hrs WITH meth in my system. Low tolerence ftw!!

Love me some Benzos! Was on Diazepam for a few weeks when i started on antidepressants for depression/anxiety. Unfortunately the doctor didn't let me stay on it for long. At least I've briefly got some Temazepam for my insomnia. I'm not taking my Temazepam though... saving it for when i really want/need it. I'm doing this because i know the doctor won't let me stay on the Temazepam for long 
Tried some Xanax once. Was amazing. Wish i could get my hands on some more haha.

Drug FUCKEDD, I had a chance to try phenobarbital a few months ago, it wasn't anything special on its own but it potentiated alcohol and codeine well.
Mr B I find mixing benzos can be quite enjoyable, I would say that benzo equivalency wise you will feel a slightly greater effect than if you had taken a similar dose of a single benzo.

Agreed with DM. While i certainly advise this in terms of harm reduction, a benzo smoothy with all your favorites is certainly a fun thing to drink!

I used to combine my Diazepam with alcohol so i didn't have to drink/spend as much when i'd go out 
I don't think this was really abusing my Diazepam script.. both Diazepam and alcohol helped with my anxiety and worked even better together (synergistically).
PS. This inability to respond to PMs as a Greenlighter (<50 posts) is annoying?

I've never done benzos before but I have a few 10mg temazepam, 2mg clonazepam and 30mg Phenobarbitone (barbs)
having never experience any what would be the best option to start with? I'd assume probably the temaz but would it not just be greater to choose the clon? as I'd prob feel alot better off it, but I'd prob end up falling asleep having never done it.

Eight of those 10mg Temazepam will be as strong as 2mg of clonazepam (same as alprazolam/xanax). I currently have a script for 10mg Temazepam for sleeping. Temazepam is only half the strength of Diazepam, but it's also twice the dose of the Diazepam i was on (5mg). I used to take at least a couple of Diazepam when i'd be drinking. Hypnotic benzos are more likely to make you feel sedated/sleepy but will still reduce stress/anxiety. Anxiolytic benzos are more likely to reduce your stress/anxiety but will still make you feel a bit sleepy/sedated. So you can still use something like Temazepam (Hypnotic) with alcohol recreationally, but Diazepam or another anxiolytic would be preferred. I believe the anxiolytic benzos disinhibit a little more. They act differently because they have different binding profiles in regards to GABA receptors in your brain.
It's entirely up to you, but i'd try 2-4 of the temazepam with some alcohol. If you're keen just dive straight in and try 2mg of clonazepam with some drinks and you should be well on your way to a good night
The other night i was drinking and did a bar of xanax (2mg). Ended up thinking a 2nd bar was a good idea (the first probably hadn't even reached full effect yet). Next thing i know is it's 24hrs in the future, i don't remember shit, and 4 bars of xanax and 4 tablets of Temazepam are gone, along with 2 tabs of acid. Checked my chat logs on my computer, it's all a jumbled mess. And i passed out chatting to a friend on webcam in my chair! Was pretty annoyed with myself wasting all those goods. Must have seemed like a good idea at the time. That's disinhibition for ya!

Temazepam and alcohol = blackout central, unless you've got a tolerance, even a small amount of temaz and that's the end of your memory once you throw alcohol into the mix.
Drinking on barbiturates is another story altogether. My only real true overdose experience involved barbiturates and alcohol.

I think Diazepam is used for tappering down from a benzo addiction (because of it's long half life) and it's also used for alcohol withdrawal. Maybe this means it's good for a hangover? Lol :D Maybe other benzos are too.
But yeah - benzos definitely fuck your memory. Some more than others. Particularly when you mix them together, or mix them with alcohol.

xtc123 I would take some temazepam and see how you go, add in a couple drinks later if it doesn't quite do the trick but take it real easy because it is an easy way to black out. You didn't really say how much you have but I would suggest 40-50mg for a first timer hoping to get a recreational effect. You can figure out a good dose of clonazepam based on how the temazepam affects you and go from there.
Phenobarbital is pretty weak as barbiturates go but I would say is still a lot more dangerous than benzo's in terms of poly drug using. I found it potentiates alcohol quite strongly, it is worth remembering that phenobarbital takes a few hours to reak peak plasma concentration so take this into account before you decide to add alcohol or any other drugs to the mix.

i dropped 2 10mg temaz like hour or more ago, feeling weighed down, happy, was like i was bit tipsy when i got up from watching tv, added 3 vape bags throughout the movie and it's feeling pretty cool, might drop another 10mg with girlfriend soon and see how it goes as I think it's pretty short acting so it'll wear off soon.
might try 2mg clon on weekend, how it the tollerance build up on each type? week or so?
as for alcohol, not really a drinker at all, hate the shit, but i could prob do a shot, does it help alot? or is weed a better combo with it?

I like it with... either. I find it more relaxing with weed but more social with alcohol, so it depends on the situation
