Yes, the combination carries some risk.
Research has demonstrated that combing meth with MDMA increases neurotoxicty.
Adderall is basically meth, if you didn't know. Ignore those that may want to argue about this...
Your instinct is correct - stick to a very low dose if you insist on trying it.
Honestly, there are other dopamine agents, like caffeine, that would probably blend nicely with MDMA.
I imagine that adderall could actually ruin the roll, aside from the potential for seizures.
There are plenty of reports about tabs that contain meth and their results. Many people describe the roll as much more wirey, with lots of jaw-clenching. Doesn't sound too euphoric to me...
I am not familiar with the speed of onset, but you might consider dropping the adderall well in advance of the MDMA.
Perhaps the opposite approach is called for - wait until you peak on the MDMA to take it.
I suspect the first option is superior, but I wouldn't know.
Another great option is Piracetam.
It preferentially increases both serotonin AND dopamine in the prefrontal cortex.
This is the region that causes the most euphoric effects of MDMA - there is a pleasure pathway running all the way to the limbic system.
Piracetam, taken well before the MDMA, should potentiate the roll in a FAR more pleasant and MUCH safer manner than adderall.
It may also decrease some of the neurotoxic effects of MDMA, so post-loading is also advised.
Read some reports on it - many MDMA users swear by it.
Just make sure you take it well before-hand.
Some say building up over a few days is the best approach.
They also say that it makes the roll less 'flooring' or debilitating.
They are more able to interact socially and dance, even when rolling hard.
Some claim that it simultaneously restores their ability to achieve the euphoria they once knew.
Using speed will make your roll more difficult to handle, and possibly more toxic.
Hope this helped.
