Title says it.
It would be great if you could also say how many types/what benzos you have used.

What exactly do you mean by 'body high' ? Sorry to answer your question with a question but it was kind of vague as to what exactly you want to know...

Any pleasurable physical sensations.

Have you ever experimented with benzo's before? They work on GABA receptors and produce feelings like sedation, hypnotic effects (sleep-inducing), anxiolytic (anti-anxiety), anticonvulsant, muscle relaxant and amnesic properties. All-in-all, very similar to alcohol's effect on the brain. You should feel a snese of well-being and like you can do anything so be careful! The worst part of benzo usage is that it makes you forget most of what you did while you were on them, but the longer you take them the less severe this side effect becomes. But regarding my first question of if you've ever taken any Benzodiazepine's you should start out in very small doses and work your way up, benzo's are a wacky class of drugs and the dosage from person to person can vary alot. The starting dose would depend on what type of 'benzo' it is that you plan on taking... :?

I've only tried: Xanax (alprazolam), Valium (diazepam) and Ativan (lorazepam) and have found Valium the best overall. But is also probably the closest thing to a body high I've tried.

I heard that temazepam is ridiculously awesome in this aspect, though. Eager to try, will soon.

I used to have a chart bookmarked with each benzo and their dosage conversions along with their effect conversions (anxiolytic, muscle relaxant, sedative). So, I'd think the strongest muscle relaxant would be closest to a "body high" per-se and Valium was the strongest muscle relaxant on that chart. However, I'm not sure if it necessarily means anything to what you're looking for. Also, I do not recall tempazepam being on that list. ...But I reformatted and supidly forgot to save bookmarks, sigh.

Etizolam is by far the most euphoric benzo with the nicest body high. I haven't tried temazepam or flunitrazepam or triazolam yet though...

I've done Alprazolam, Lorazepam, Clonozepam, Tetrazepam, and Diazepam, and out of those ones, I would say Clonazepam has the most positive body highs that last the longest, although Alprazolam hits you pretty hard,

IMO Temazepam and Diazepam are the two most common muscle relaxing benzos bar far.

Alprazolam, Triazolam, Lorazepam and Clonazepam are the "Common" train wreak benzos with some of the highest mindfucking capabilities...

I have had diazepam, temazepam, oxazepam, lorazepam, triazolam, flunitrazepam, alprazolam, midazolam.. The winner for body high is probably clonazepam.. I remember flunitrazepam to be quite good as well but good luck getting that one in the US.
