What drugs can help with premature ejaculation?

Tbh i dont think smoking weed has an adverse effects whilst using any pharmaceutical drugs.

You can safely say smoking weed will not put you at any increased danger whilst on any medications.

I still think you should try quiting weed as you have an anxiety problem. (im not trying to lecture im just trying to help you out as im speaking from personal experience but i realise we are all different)

I have a bottle of Effexor (my friends) and I've read that SSRI's help but I'm scared of the "electric shocks" people talk about form mixing Effexor and Weed.

I've always found that weed gives tremendous staying power as well as explosive orgasms. Sure you won't be good with some weed and a couple of beers (~2)?

Never mind about the beer part. You should be good with just weed. Especially if you are really baked.

And its a great feeling, but not overwhelming to the point where you can't function. I can live a life without anyone suspecting a thing on that dose.

Also it won't cause impotence. You'll get a raging erection no doubt.

Hey. From everything you have tried I think you really need better mind control over the issue. Stressing only causes it and it is kind of like a vicious circle. :\
Drugs probably wont fix it. Just have sex with the girl twice in a row.
 
From a girls perspective - doesn't matter if you pop too soon, as long as you then make sure your lady is satisifed too! If you roll over and go to sleep it's a different story, haha..

Could try posting in Sex, Love and Relationships for more general advice about this :)

Ah, so that's what I've been doing wrong... :D

From my experience (not as a woman of course) that's exactly right. Most women really don't want penetration to last an eternity and may find it either boring, painful or both after a while.

Better to worry about the staying power of your tongue and fingers than the Old Fella, generally.
 
Haven't had time to post since the downtime. I've been put on 25mg Sertraline for the past 10 days and it seems to be helping. I couldn't finish last night (was using the performax condom as well). I think next time I should try it without the performax. I'm just happy that I can go longer then a minute, that shit was hella embarrassing. Is it normal for Sertraline's sexual side effects to be so pronounced within 10 days and on such a small (25mg) dose?
 
I've been upped to 50mg today by my doctor and he said to expect to be bumped up to 75mg within a week. He said for my size (6 foot 3, 190 pounds) I should be on 100mg.

Edit: Not very relevant, but I've been prescribed 30mg Temazepam to be taken at night because the Sertraline has fucked up my sleep. I can sleep for 4 hours and after that I wake up every 25 minutes or so, look around then fall back asleep. This repeats until I wake up. Some nights I can't even sleep, it feels like I'm so uncomfortable and can only sleep for 10 minute intervals throughout the night. It's really annoying. I know the Temazepam will help though.

I was on 20mg per day of Citalopram for 5 weeks and was then changed over to 100mg Sertraline 1 week ago.

You will be shagging for england and never reaching the finish line!=D
 
Alright, I'm VERY pleased with the outcome of this medication. When I'm stoned I go faster then usual, so before I could never have sex while high. That was a given. I smoked so much bud last night and without the performax condom (was using a regular one) I lasted a whole hour. Thank you to everyone who recommended I try sertraline, you've made my life a lot better :)

I am glad the SSRI worked for you, Worldwarme. Keep an eye out for any side effects. Different SSRI's have different effects and side effects.

Prozac made an erection impossible one night and I was with 2 girls. That was the last night I took it. Lexapro worked well as an antidepressant as well as cymbalta with the pleasant side effect of having some sexual stamina.

Tons of repeated sexual practice also helps, but some girlfriends are not so cooperative in that endeavor. Wives, by definition, are uncooperative when it comes to quantity sex. ;)
