dilaudid questions!

SWIM has been off dilaudid and heroin for 3 weeks now but he really wants to go back because he likes that too much. SWIM was wondering if he can still do a 2 k8's and be ok after being off for so long. (well its a while to him)

Taking 16mg of Hydromorphone after a three week break? No question of where that will lead...
 
IV. there real expensive where im from so i gotta make the most outta em! yeah that does sound pretty logical though. i was just worried that 1 might not be enough to get that rush but it has been like 3 weeks now.
 
Best way to find out is to do one....annnnd then another if its not happenin for ya. By the way how do you plan on taking them? Oral, IV, snorting......asspipe

this is my first time getting clean then going back so i dont really know anything about how fast a tolerance diminishes or anything.
 
Ive been on it since last january. I was living in another state til about 3 weeks ago and when i moved i had to get clean. no connects ya know? so i guess i havent been doing it that long compared to ALOT of people, but its been a wild half a year man. i actually was in mississippi and i would go to Alabama to get it haha. its funny thats where your from man.
 
lmao yeah and I probably know some places you went too, I used to live in Mobile and goto Longbeach and Dieberville alot but ANYWAYS back on subject, your tolerance depends on your dosage, that's what I should've asked, so how much would get you nodding good and how much would it take to get you FUBAR'd ?
 
eh on average it was about .3g give or take. which isnt alot for the price i had to pay...

Hmm thats about 300mg, and its almost impossible to tell exactly but heroin is roughly 2 to 4 times more potent than morphine, and hydromorphone IV is somewhere around 7 times more potent than IV morphine. With a dosage of 8mg hydromorphone IV thats equivalent to around 55mg of morphine IV, and thats with no cross tolerance factored in.... so to be honest the SAFEST thing to do is to start with half of just one pill, prep you a hit and inject sloooowly. And then....if you have no rush, no nod, no nothin, then you still have a pill and a half you could prep up and try. Sorry I couldn't give you a better concrete answer but they don't exactly teach any classes on injecting pills and H, and just the fact that IV potency varies so much from oral makes it even tougher to calculate. just keep in mind that H you were bangin was cut and unpure, a dilaudid on the other hand is PURE hydromorphone

alright thanks man i appreciate the advice. yeah im not trying to do anything stupid and fuck up so havin another persons opinion that probably knows what theyre doing too really helps.
 
You're welcome man, be safe and clean and if you have any questions about veins or anything dealing with IV'ing you can just PM me, I can try and help you the best I can. I'm an EMT, and will never tell anyone anything I'm not sure of that could hurt them....hmm although that would be good job security 8) JUST KIDDING! If you don't mind me asking though, do you have any micron filters you could get a hold of? They come in very handy when it comes to pills..
 
yes i do. but with hydromorphone i never use filters. i just crush it and pour it in the needle. with stuff like Roxycodone and Morphine (god that was a mess, never trying to melt one of those down again) i use filters though.

Just to be safe it wouldn't hurt to use a filter ya know, instead of just backloading 'em, because no pills are made to be crushed and injected, k's have fillers just like roxi's and a certain brand (cant say which one) uses the exact same inactive ingredients and fillers and shit in their Hydromorphs and Oxy IR's... And btw roxi's are wonderful IMO.
 
Really? ive been told that D's are just hydromorphone, but i totally believe you when you say they have fillers. It just makes sense. most pills arent JUST that drug. Ha yeah Roxys are great, they need to make a 60mg. im tired of cooking 2.

I like that you can get a pretty decent recook from them!!! =D

Hell yes a 60 would be wonderful but they'll never make those. :( :( :( And by recooking yeah I agree you can get a decent shot to kill withdrawals from a used one but if you're actually 'cooking' k's and roxi's that's not necessary, because heat actually destroys opiates, I don't know why people don't realize this... but yeah cooking only comes in handy when purifying your H or melting down OC's, because they have a wax like filler in them that needs to be melted off before you inject it. K's and rox's are just the drug and inactive fillers, and while you def dont want the fillers in your blood, they don't interfere with the drug enough to have to cook it. You're actually risking ruining your shot if you get it really hot. :\
 
oh i thought that Roxy's had em too. i always just heated em up enough to be able to easily break em apart with my plunger. never made em boil. Thats good info though thanks.
 
No problem bro, that's what this forums for, questions and advice..... But yeah with roxies and k's theres no need to treat em like an OC. Instead of OC style of prepping just try crushing, putting in a cooker (BUT NOT COOKING LOL) and mixing your water with it, filter, and bang away. Works like a frickin charm =D

Ha alrighty will do. I have one more question, maybe you can answer it. so a few years back i had drank quite a bit of codeine, i couldnt tell you how much but the bottle was kinda big and i drank about half of it. and earlier that day i had taken a zantac for heartburn. I ended up with hives all over my body and a very swollen face and a nice ER visit. which is weird cuz im not allergic to opiates and its pretty rare to be allergic to zantac considering its an antihistamine. do you think that mixing the opiates with the antihistamine caused an super-histamine effect?
