Well since MDPV is a norepinephrine-dopamine reuptake inhibitor (NDRI) it would increase the adrenergic activity in your brain at the same time the alprazolam would be trying to work against it. Basically I wouldn't recommend mixing the two because one acts as a stimulant (MDPV) while the other acts as a sedative (Alprazolam)... maybe someone else knows more about the combo?..

And I'm with you TLB - I'm not one to go waking up my wife to screw. Just something so unsexy about morning breath, unkempt hair, and a groggy demeanor, ya know?

I'm on Wellbutrin (an NDRI) and just last week I popped a few Xanax to help with anxiety. I didn't notice any cancel-out effect - the xanies worked beautifully. YMMV.

You're right, sometimes there is a sort of synergistic effect, as with amphetamines and benzo's, but for the most part it's never a good idea to mix uppers and downers. As for me I like to promote harm reduction so I would never recommend anyone try this combo but hey, to each his own %)
 
Been off the suboxone (tiny amounts) for 2 days and been clean from opana for exactly 2 weeks.

Getting some opana tommorrow after work! My tolerance should be niceee and lowww and im hoping to get pretty faded off of 10mg (half a twenty). I cant.effin.wait.

Hopefully i dont feel the neee to go back and cop another pill.

Funny you should say that, I have a prepped rig filled with a full reversal dose of Narcan (Naloxone) within arms reach at all times when IV'ing. Which is great piece of mind and I recommend anyone that IV's Opiates get a hold of some too if possible. Its not a controlled substance, just an opiate receptor antagonist, it shouldn't be too hard to find. :)

42mg of MXE sitting under my tongue right now, has been there for about 10 minutes, the worst thing about MXE is how long it takes to start working.

Will most likely be redosing and getting my Jack Bauer MXE combo going on in a couple of hours =D
 
Yeah it takes aaaaaaaages doesn't it! Much prefer ketamine in that respect.. not that I even find the two that similar tbh. Also prefer snorting drugs every time ;)

Just off to the pub for a couple of pints, woo, be nice to get out :) have a good evening!
 
I like to snort too but with flatmates now I get a bit para about the sound it makes :\ they probably would just think I had a cold or something if they heard but you never know.
