SSRI's won't cause sexual dysfunctions until you've been taking them for a couple weeks or so. It has to build up in your system.
This is simply false. While this effect/side effect (depending on indication) is more pronounced with regular administration, it can produce this acutely as well and doctors do utilize this by prescribing SSRI's PRN for premature ejaculation in some cases.
I need to be able to go to the store and buy it OTC.
One possibility is benzocaine condoms. It's a condom with a little bit of a local anesthetic in it to reduce sensation just enough to delay orgasm a bit but not enough to prevent all pleasure.
