What drugs can help with premature ejaculation?

This is simply false. While this effect/side effect (depending on indication) is more pronounced with regular administration, it can produce this acutely as well and doctors do utilize this by prescribing SSRI's PRN for premature ejaculation in some cases.

I need to be able to go to the store and buy it OTC.

One possibility is benzocaine condoms. It's a condom with a little bit of a local anesthetic in it to reduce sensation just enough to delay orgasm a bit but not enough to prevent all pleasure.

just going to add, that citalopram has made me numb down that area, from only a few days of taking it. Takes me a while to pee too.
Takes me longer to ejaculate too

^ as I mentioned in response to what you quoted - that's not true. SSRI's can delay orgasm immediately, the effect is just more pronounced when taken regularly.

The only thing I can think of that you could goto the store and buy OTC would be Diphenhydramine. And then you run the risk of ending up with a shriveled up dick and unable to get a hardon, lol.

Alright, I didn't just abandon the thread - I did read it and take everything into account.
I have a walk-in appointment today and I'm going to bring up the subject. Premature Ejaculation has ruined my life multiple times and I'm willing to do anything to fix it. It's embarrassing chilling with my girlfriend. It's not working.

So, from what I've seen, Sertraline and Amphetamines seem to be the best. I can recommend Sertraline as my doctor wanted to put me on that for anxiety but I'm not going to even request an amphetamine.

Any other things I could request?

I really appreciate all the help guys.


EDIT: I'm also a (very) regular weed smoker. 1-2 grams a day. I can't have any negative side effects from weed.

EDIT 2: I've already tried the benzocaine condoms, they're worthless in my case (even after letting them sit for 5-10 minutes).

All the research chemicals speeds have worked wonders for me. 4-Fa, Methylone, MDPV, MAP.. let's see what else. Oh mephedrone.. all worked. Only thing is you need to take something to give you a boner cause it's hard to get it up on those.. but you can go for HOURS!

I'm not much of a stimulant user anymore, they make my heart race too fast for my liking. Only drug (lol) I do is weed and opiates (if I can get my hands on them which is very rare).

EDIT: I've been thinking of Sertraline (but not my final decision, still open to others), does it have any negative side effects when mixed with large amounts of weed daily?

If the benzocaine condoms didn't help at all it sounds like it's more likely psychological so something like sertraline that may address the psychological issues as well as physically help sounds like a good plan for now.

that may all be true but it is not really a very informative post.

You should speak to your doctor about it really.

I stand corrected, I didn't know that.

Reason I said that was because whenever I start a new antidepressant I never notice the side effects until a week or so after I begun them.

Smoking weed can exacerbate anxiety which in turn is a big factor in premature ejaculation.

Try quiting the weed i think this may help. (i know thats probably not what you want to hear)

Seriously, dude, DXM. Speaking from experience here. Don't go too high or you'll never finish, but a good low dose 2nd plateau is perfect. I find 250mg works perfectly. And its a great feeling, but not overwhelming to the point where you can't function. I can live a life without anyone suspecting a thing on that dose.

Also it won't cause impotence. You'll get a raging erection no doubt.

Unfortunately I'm on Zoloft and yes, it does work for premature ejaculation. It causes severe sexual side effects for me. I'm going to go off it soon as my depression is starting to go away

@ reflekt: I have a high tolerance for DXM as I used to do it a few months back. I need around a 700mg dose to get fucked on the second plateau and I'm assuming it would take around 300mg to stop the premature ejaculation and that's about $10 per dose. I don't find that worth it.

@ pally pete: I understand that it can cause anxiety but I've had this problem long before I started smoking weed. I know it probably makes it worse but weed helps me in so many ways I also don't find it worth quitting for a small increase in length.

Longer to finish. It takes fucking forever for me to cum. Many times I never finish. I never had this problem before taking the Zoloft. It should definitely help you from cumming too early.

Thanks for the info. Also, I don't know if taking it regularly seems... right to me. Would taking it only on specific days help? I'm still also trying to find out if I can smoke weed while on it.
