DXM in the form of Dimetapp instead of Robitussin

What's the maximum dose of Paracetamol a person can take?
These pills contain 300mg Paracetamol & Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 10mg

Nightime pills contain 300mg Paracetamol, 10mg Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide & 6.25mg Doxylamine Succinate

I have Robitussin but want to avoid a bit of the syrup by taking a few Dimetapps....Anyone know a safe level of Paracetamol?
 
Don't take them. 2 grams in a dose is pushing it. 4 grams in 24 hours is the FDA limit. More than 10g at once is likely to be fatal. You won't even make it to the first plateau.

Go buy some proper cough syrup, or try an extraction like Agent Lemon. Otherwise those pills are worthless. If you do try then you're likely to end up with an upset stomach.

The ones with doxylamine are garbage for recreational use. They're not even worth extracting.
 
I have the syrup but i'm sick of drinking it so wanted to take a few of the caps so I wouldn't have to drink as much syrup.
 
Can you get tussin gels (pure DXM) in Australia? Or you could try to order pure DXM powder, or get some delsym (less stuff to drink). I mean, the dosages on these things are pretty damn low, if you stay within the cautious 'no more than 2g APAP at once limit' (I follow the same one myself), you'll be getting like 60mg more DXM which isn't gonna do much. Go right ahead if you want to of course.

I understand about getting sick of the syrup though. Maybe experiment with some different chasers?
 
Na i don't think can get tussin gels in Australia. Yeah I could order powder but not going to risk any site that probably isn't legit. Haven't seen Delsym here Do you mean the dosages of dimetapp? So 6 caps would be 2g? each is 300mg paracetamol how much is needed to reach 2g, not that i'm trying to reach 2g i just wanna take about a gram less
 
yeah so 60mg is only 20ls robitussin may as well stick with syrup then. Yeah might mix it with something. Also does weed make you sick afterwards if you smoke bout an hour into the trip
 
Do not mix the syrup with anything, it will not drown out the taste at all and will just mean more disgusting shit to drink, just drink some syrup, then chase it down with something else, maybe a small bit of a food item to help cleanse the palate will help as well. Smoking weed vastly diminishes any nausea for me, and I do it a few times throughout the trip (and before I start drinking the syrup). It will make it more intense though.
 
Yeah might use them for when I actually need them then haha. I'll just stick with Robo
 
Yeah tried mixing with coke years ago just made it worse. That's good because i want more intensity...need higher doses these days to trip
 
Pinch your nose! Blocks out half the taste. Then follow it with something strong, lemonade or something.

Not buying pure powder from suppliers is smart. I thought about it once, but I don't trust them either.

DEFINITELY stay away from the Dimetapp pills.
 
I read bout that but i usually just do 10ml shots until the bottles empty

Weed is actually a great way to decrease nausea.

But tbh there is something crazy about smoking some marijuana while dexxing...

I mean smoking weed while on LSD can boost your trip, everyone knows that...

But smoking some weed while your are properly dexed is like throwing get fuel on a camp fire... It will really take you out there, but in a good way.

I highly recommend it given proper set and setting concourse.

Rarely smoke weed so no tolerance so hopefully it adds to it. Does the paranoia still come with weed if your on dxm or is the dxm strong enough to cancel it out?

"weed+dxm is the ultimate euphoria... heaven on earth. don't be anywhere you have to act even remotely sober though.
this combination is the most euphoric drug experience imo. much better than opiates, amphetamines, coke, etc.
better than rolls, g, and acid. (although those 3 combined might make a run for the money... never tried though.)

why not just purchase "pure" dxm powder from an online vendor? seems like a 5 star idea to me

i have a few leads..
