I have no idea I never copped dope up there. The Bluff was as open air as the TL is as far as I can remember except you could very well get arrested or robbed in the Bluff.
 
As far as the NC scene goes, light tan to brown powder was abundant in Fayetteville last I lived in NC (2005-2008) Occasional tar and powder could be found (at a ridiculous markup) in Asheville. This little stamped plastine bags coming out of Fayetteville were incredibly potent however. We usually found it worth the drive from Ash to Fay for that very reason.

^Not in my experience. Sometimes they are able to pass off fake dope in the balloon. But I have never been threatened with somebody trying to take my shit by force. But then again except for one time a couple of weeks ago I really havent fucked around in the TL in years or with dope at all for that matter.

Not in mine either, not during the daytime. But I do know people that went to cold-cop at night and ended up getting pistolwhipped, stabbed, etc. They might have pulled out their whole bankroll or something though, who knows.

Right I hear ya, I was talking about most southern citys though, people are on the downlow most places with dope..Places like New Orleans and Atlanta, and Memphis they got shit going pretty hard, more in New Orleans than Memphis lately, but I never copped any dope in ATL.. these place are the exception pretty much, I dunno about other citys really that much in the south ,except most of them are "laid back" in that they don't have 10 D boys on every corner and shit..

Most places in the south it's kept hush hush, outside of a few citys and even some citys people not cool with heroin , pills are one thing, and they do coke, meth, and so on, but that dope scares them and shit I guess...you gotta take time if you are new to most citys and meet people and start with some weed or coke or pills and then ask some dealers after a while about dope, and 1/2 of them look at you like you are from the fucking moon..shit I dunno what it is..lol..Mexicans don't give a fuck though if they sell tar, you ask them in slang for dope and they will sell it , but I dunno anyone who sells tar in Memphis or New Orleans, even though I hear of it being around..

I know Texas peeps that sell tar, and so on, and some cats in KC and shit, but I really prefer fire ass powder myself, so I never go out to try and find tar locally...tried tar a few times, and it was actually good shit, but i prefer that fire powder myself..
 
I don't like tar either. When I used to drive down to the bluff that shit we were getting was reallly potent. I OD'd on it and I didn't even put that much in the spoon. This tar they have in SF and the tar we used to get in Nashville, you could probably shoot a gram a day or more but I can't imagine anybody being able to shoot more than a gram of that stuff we used to get from the bluff. In fact it killed a good friend of mine back in 99.

I was on this other forum and there was a guy from the bay area and he claimed that he shoots 3 grams of tar a day!

Yea my girl died in 09 from some shit we got over there. Now days it's even stronger. I don't ever do more than .2 in a shot, and even then you feel like you fallin out. Man it's sad, it's killin lots a folks down here mainly the ones goin back after a break.

Yeah I have heard about people in the Bay area that get such cheap and shitty tar that they shoot mybe a gram at one time, just to get a decent nod..lol..I think it's that way in Seattle also with some of the tar being so cheap and so low puirty(get what you pay for basicly IMO) that one guy says he has to inject a gram at one time in some big ass 2 CC + Rig and still does not even get a nod!! No wonder when you can buy like 4 grams for less than a bill!! WTF does a person expect for dirt cheap prices like that?! I would expect dirt quality dope, unless I was in Mexico then I would likey get some fire for that price, but in SF, and Seattle, ? Hell no, pay low prices ,you get low quality,lol..pay a little extra and get better shit..lol..not that hard to understand, IMO..I bet those peeps veins are trashed too..all that cut and garbage in low grade tar , Damn! Fuck that...
 
Yeah I hear about a few people in Atlanta OD'ing quite a bit actually, saw an online copy of the Atlanta newpaper that said" that ultra pure powder heroin has infiltrated Atlanta..blah blah" media shit I know, but I know that ATL has some strong ass dope, media hype aside. The media makes it look like it's a new thing, getting strong dope in places, where it's been good to fire for a decade or two..lol..guess that sells papers, to scare the parents that some ultra "new" type of dope is now killing people..
 
I remember when I moved to SF for the first time I was used to that strong bluff dope. We were paying a pretty healthy price for the mad man. Well when I heard that dope was so dirt cheapin Sf I thought it must be a junkies paradise because I thought all dope was as strong as that shit we got from the bluff. I remember that first balloon I bought was a 20 and I split it in half cause I was worried about ODing.I did the first half and didnt really feel much, then i did the rest of it and went and bought another 20 and did it too and finally got a good nod going. Then I understood why it was so cheap.
 
Man I need to visit ATL soon, my second cousin Lyndsey just got a new house there. Shes in some post graduate school at Georgia Tech I think, lol..She is a cool chick also, me and her mom blaze up killer buds when we see each other and I need to visit my cousin and see some of the girls shes friends with, because if they look 1/2 as good as she does then they are good looking ..lol..not saying i'm into my cousin, but all my friends drool when they have seen her, shes 5'10, skinny,blonde,blue eyes,etc.. Girls like her usually hang out with other good looking girls in my experience..lol..I wannna hook up with one or some of her friends in the ATL, I know they smoke good buds and all, no dope as far as I know, and hope my cousin does not do dope, but bring on the good weed, pills, and so on...

lol, man your gonna have a hard time getting smack in arkansas i got a buddy whos dad lives down here and his mom lives in fayetteville. He says there alot of pills in arkansas but never heard of any smack. Fuck, i can barely get smack in Oklahoma and im two state up from Mexico. Been driving back and forth from Texas a little bit, fuckin hate driving that far tho. Just a long ass ways to worry about getting popped.

Naw you can get some good ass cheap tar in Cali. You gotta get hooked up with these Xalisco boys (google em). Bunch of Mexis from a county in Mexico that quit selling sugar cane and started selling smack and got a hell of a operation. Shit the LAtimes wrote a big ass spread on em. Yeah dope is cheap in Cali but if you go to the right people you can get some bomb shit. Fuck, i would way rather live there then this shithole

I mean, yo i had a dime of black nod me hard for 6 hrs today, i took tylenol pm with it, but still 6 hours of heavy nodding for a dime pretty good if you ask me. If the dope in sf bad as you say, that shits not even worth fuckin around with
