just wondered why alot of people claiming there heroin been back to normal for a while now, then why is it that people gouching hard on .2 still then? just even before drought rare that ever gouched? seems some people claim they been getting good gear for months, but still gouching on small amounts. speciality considering south of england not even seen pre-drought gear, and its not about contacts as such, its simply there isnt anything around here. portsmouth, southampton bounemouth and places in-between. but just weird how people claiming they been having strong gear for moths and still gouching on .2's? (is it just me who finds this weird?

by the way, there was a pretty incredible story in a Pakistani newspaper the other day, about a raid in Islamabad which seized 18kilos on its way to the UK.

At first I thought "damn" but then, reading the whole story (it goes into crazy detail about how the whole operation was being run, who the main players were & their relationship with each other & how the bust happened), I actually found it quite encouraging.

First off, right now in the UK, 18k sounds like 2m tonnes, but in Pakistan it is peanuts really (even tho it is supposed to be the largest bust ever in Islamabad, I think that says more about the level of policing than the size of the bust). What it does mean tho is, at least there is people trying to bring high quality H into the UK directly.

This particular organisation, 2 brothers, had connections in courier companies as well as in customs that would see the shipments thru into the UK safely, but the packages never left Pakistan. The whole bust happened tho because the 2 brothers were basically double-crossed. They both used to work/smuggle for the guy who informed the police about them. Turns out that they were trying to use these 18k to go independent in the UK, & this guy was obviously not prepared to let that happen.

That means 1 of 2 things I reckon. This guy who was the informant obviously has a vested interest. That either means:

1) he is preparing to bring in H himself & does not want the competition

or

2) he is already bringing in H & is, in part, responsible for the sub-par gear we're all smoking. He doesn't want these 2 brothers bringing in better quality & stealing his business.


I'm hoping its 1) but I really wouldn't be surprised if it is actually 2) sadly

The same paper reported on a MUCH bigger bust toward the end of May, some 375Kilos, but it did not say where that lot was headed

"Opium production declined, however, by 38 per cent to 4,860 tons due to a blight that wiped out much of the opium harvest in Afghanistan in 2010."

The good news :

"“Though the area under poppy cultivation may have remained stable this year, our preliminary findings indicate that Afghan opium production will probably rebound to high levels in 2011”"

mitch i had it hard for months getting shit but changed the race game and the weights game and now get gear better than i have for many years , apparrently a 1/8 of said gear is 300 quid but this stuff comes direct to not so many people 1.4 i say for 80.
whether you beleive me i dont know but i been here since the start and had it very hard till nearly febuary , but i dont take it for granted mate i touch wood every day to be lucky at the moment . i know 95% of gear is shite and wont buy quantity now more cause it is shite

Mate, why anyone would bother lying about the quality of the gear they're getting is utterly beyond me. In fact its highly doubtful anyone would do this man.

Whats weird about still getting a gouch off strong gear that you've been able to get for months? Obviously it didn't occur to you that these folk aren't smoking it every day. I've been getting fabulous gear since the end of February and I still goof/gouch off one bag because I only score 3 or when I can afford it, 4 bags maximum a week.

My good friend of mine who I've known for two and a half years and who is also a user on Bluelight by the name of Tryptamine can vouch for every word I'm saying anyway if it bothers you that much as our dealer was the same at the time, but personally I've better fucking things to be doing than lying about scoring proper just on the off chance that I might piss some stranger off on an internet forum. I'm honestly not deluded enough to think I'm going to make some stranger jealous; I come in peace bro. I'd love to see you all score proper, honestly.

What I do find very unusual is that a lad from Dublins North Inner City can score gear of the same quality he was scoring pre-drought yet people from all over London and the UK in general cant and that baffles me.

Whats up folks-ted here just checkin in...
Its been about 3 weeks since i gave an update on my own personal views/expierences...its very hit and miss still...as othere people have said 90/95% of whats sold in this aera is weak,cut to fuck and a big let down,...so cut in fact-that i recently have been gettin some pain/discomfort in upper chest?(anyone else?)...im puttin it down to the cut(i smoke only!),because ive never had probs up untill this...

I got a call this eve from a guy outside dublin...wanted a lift to pick up his garden..so i said ok..in and out in half hour,and i made sure i got what i was supposed to get!..the twat even rang his man off my phone,so i now have the very elusive number ive been tryin to get for a while!...The food was actually pretty strong...managed to break through the 35mls of green i toke this morn,and i ve just had a nod for the last half hor...so this food falls into that 10% that no one seems to be able to get...no shit-its decent!...

Very Happy with quality of gear in B'HAM, last 2 tests @ clinic came back positive for Heroin only, no benzo's .
Admittidly having to put more on the jimmy for the effect i want , but always has been that way in my experience. That's why i used to like to change my gear every 2 weeks or so.

That's not exactly true, I can, but it is still WAY expensive or just very, very average - with that funny taste & colour (altho not as noticeable as a couple months ago)

I'm in North London & I always used to have 3 to 4 dealers based mainly around Stamford Hill & into Clapton & Hackney. Even in previous droughts, when everyone else I knew struggled, I could always get.

Now tho, the tables really have turned. 2 of the best guys I used to know have just switched their main phones completely off & they haven't been on all 2011. I have spoken to 1 of their contacts recently, but he just confirmed that, altho they've looked at stuff, it hasn't been good enough to buy.

The other 2 left that I know have wildly different stuff. 1 has proper mint gear, but his prices are literally so ridiculous it is not worth it. The other has (still expensive) but much more usual street prices but his gear is barely 5/10, I'd probably give it a 4.5 if I'm being picky.

How is it I'm in London and everyone I know is still faffin' around with this reddish/yellow, funny tastin' crap?

My normal scores are in the same places as yours and its been up and down - up until a couple of weks ago i was getting Vgood gear since xmas but there has also ben alot of shit - same old thing its who you know. I hooked up with a mate out of town and goit a teenth of what i would say was pretty pukka smoked about .2 this morning and had to go to work an hour late as my head was in my lap. Can still get good in e london but its just hit and miss as all the dealers say they have wikid gear - trouble is some do one week and not the next and visa versa - but i consider myself lucky as the drought for me only lasted from oct - begining of dec so cant complain

Could you enlighten me as to the cause of the massive supply side shock that hit the UK brown market since December? If it wasn't the poppy blight I can't think of any other reason. Afaik the wholesale price more than doubled, for this to happen there has to be a serious supply problem. If the mass stockpiles had been liquidated and H was in abundence, wholesale price would not have shot up as it did. Simple supply and demand. Also, there has been an explosion in Heroin use in countries of much closer in proximity to Afghan, perhaps the top level guys targeted these supply routes with the stockpiles that existed, and the UK was left in drought.

Just smoked some more of this new batch i got and tbh its not a million miles away from grey one and might even be one and the same as its been a few weeks since i last saza any of that....its deffo strong .2 and im gone thank god for sky plus its taken me 1.5h to watch peter kays 1/2 hour show lol

personallly i ime buying smack is always a lottery.
I agree with Blondin about the best gear being the stuff that was availible all the time till the 2001 drought.
ATM i can get 3 types one , not bash but poor quality n cheap
another doesn't smell at all n looks like dirt/ choclate but is decent
and the best stuff is Grey powder which i would classs as Good gear
Nothing is what i would class as shit hot but its ok, chuck a few benzos in with a .3 n you'll have a nice nod.
Mitch has defo got a point , so,me folk just seem 2 have forgotten what Heroin actually is /what its ment 2 do.

Actually, the U.S. provided aid and weapons to the Northern Alliance, which included poppy growing warlords, as a means of defeating the Taliban. If anything, the Yanks helped ensure the world a valid heroin supply...

glad to see other side of it?? i'll let u no when we (south coast) see's the other side of it. while i will say quality of heroin is better, but still not even half what it sud be, and even if i offered 2000 for a 1/16th of proper gear i couldnt get it, as no one has normal gear, only a few places have 1/4 strengh stuff, while most still selling bash or some kind of opiate subtutes/benzo bash.

but seems some of uk are ok. but most places still struggling seems ireland and south of england worst places to live for heroin addicts

but reason for drought is still very much in the air, and no deff reason, like u say prob 5 or 6 things hit the fan at once

Al i can say is i've been smoking 15 yrs & i woud like to think i know what's what by now !
My man who i only met 2 months ago has had about 3 different variaties of more or less the same gear. Now when he told me what name he went by 15 yrs ago it registered that i was going to him then , he reckons he has had al through this D ?

Not sure , but i can honesty say the gear he has now is as good as anything i've had for 2-3 yrs , since the ' CRUNCH ' ( AS HARD AS MARBLE & ALMOST WHITE ) .

I agree some people have forgot what real H is, but i really couldn't care less if anyone beieves or dis-believes me.
