ever been arrested for drugs or while high?

what was it like for you? I got a possession charge last year for heroin. the cops had the nerve to forfeiture my car (which my lawyer later got back for $1000) even though they never usually do that for simple possession charges. I was crying because it was my first arrest, so that made me look higher than I really was in my mugshot.
when I was in the booking area, the Department of Corrections guys kept calling me up in front of everyone there to talk to me. they wouldn't do this with anyone else; I guess I was interesting because I'm so young and naive/innocent looking yet had the horrific charge of heroin possession. they were trying to say things like "oh that charge is 7 to 10 years minimum, at least" and "do you really want to end up a prostitute like all these other girls here?"
And to add even more insult, there was one of those elementary school tours of the jail going on when I was in booking. I was sitting closest to them. So I got to be ogled by 30 5th graders learning about the wonders of jail. It was like that scene from The Hangover except not funny.
I got a medical wristband for being an opiate addict but all they gave me were some stupid sleeping pills. I was only in there until 10:00 that night so my withdrawals didn't get too bad.

oh and heres another fucked up thing: they found rigs in my car, and when they asked my ex boyfriend and I where we got them from, he told them the Target that sold them to us. after that, the Target people wouldn't sell them anymore because they said their "policy changed," so I'm pretty sure those douchebag cops went and told that Target to stop selling rigs! They probably thought they were doing a great thing, preventing junkies from getting fresh rigs.

I want to see what other peoples experiences have been with getting arrested and drugs. so please share!
 
I'm terrified of ever being pinched for possession. The closest I have ever come to having that happen is when a friend of mine overdosed in our motel room and we called an ambulance. We flushed our last bundle down the toilet before the police showed up, but we still had half an opana in the room wrapped up in cellophane and on top of the coffee table. (I had forgotten all about it.)

The police asked me what my friend had taken and what they would find in the motel room. They had no idea what opana even was, and they kept referring to it as oxycontin. I told them that they would find half an opana in the room, and that was it. They gave me such a hard time and told me that I would be kicked out of school, I wouldn't graduate, that warrants would be put out for my arrest, and on and on and on.

Long story short, they never even bothered to search the motel room and once all the police had left it was still there on the coffee table. They never made good on the warrants, and I think they were more interested in scaring us than anything else.
 
I got arrested for a DUI Less Safe and Reckless Driving at 4am for passing out in a burger king drive thru and passing out at the wheel. The service was terribly fucking slow and I was full of booze and about 800mg tramodol. That was almost 2 years ago and my court day is in a couple of weeks. The trial will be weird but I hope to get it removed.
 
Been pinched x2 for possession of marijuana..... x2 for controlled substance (Benzos), one of those at an international border..... I DWI high on GHB and alcohol.........X3-5 for alcohol and GHB public intoxication. Most were dropped for one reason or another. Never really worried about being in jail, as I was usually bailed out quickly. Nothing to be proud about, but a fact of life if you continue to use
 
Never arrested, but I had a very close call with a cop at a party.

Cops raided it because someone pulled out a gun at the entrance. Since it was the party crew that a lot of my homies are in, I got to stay after. Cops came, had everyone on their knees while they figured out the situation. I was rolling through the whole thing (downside of the roll though) and had 2 capsules with some leftover powder in my pocket. My stupid ass drunk homie called me out by my nickname Tweaky Bob, and one of the cops proceeded to ask "Whos Tweaky Bob?", stupid ass homie pointed at me and the cop started asking me when the last time I did meth was. I answered "I dont fuck with that, they just call me that because Im really skinny". I could tell he was looking at my pupils and they were definately blown up. After a few more 'Are you sure's he dropped the subject and went to go interrogate to most wasted guy there who was yelling "Fuck the cops, arrest me motherfuckers!". I was almost 18 at the time and if he had searched me, it wouldve been all bad.

I got a public intox many many years ago. My buddy got a DUI. They did not search me which was good because I had 1/2 oz. of weed in my waistband.
 
Yeah I smacked him and called him a fucking idiot for almost getting me arrested. Then he came up on a big bottle of Absolut and told me I could have as much as I want. Needless to say, I was pretty drunk by then end of the night haha.
 
I got caught with 13 grams of pot and a bowl

Illegal search, and the judge acknowledged it, but refused to drop charges. Just dropped the weed.

3 appeals later, the state won't pick my case back up and give me a diffeent judge.

Caught with a bowl that had res in it by the public safety at my school after smoking in my friend's dorm room. Luckily since it wasn't my room, my punishment was lighter, but I thought it was complete bs that I got in trouble just for having paraphernalia. Dammit.
And we were all still baked when they came, so it was horrifying. My legs felt like jello and I forgot what my room number was, which was incredibly embarrassing.
 
I was pretty stupid. Drank a bunch at school. Threwwww up everywhere. I was a minor, so got 6 months probation, and it sucks. I am so afraid to fail a drug test. Guesss ill find out soon.
 
when i was 17 i was at a party and i decided it was a good idea to take 2 grams of the best shrooms ive ever seen, about 400mg of dxm powder in a capsule, 2 10mg percs and atleast 2 or 3 blunts. i was tripping my ass off, i saw my buddy transform into a fish amongst other crazy shit i saw, and the cops ended up showing up (and i had blacked out pretty much by this point) and i was staring at the ceiling.

they tried talking to me and i was just staring at the ceiling so they tried to arrest me cus they were arresting everyone for underage drinking and shit, and i freaked out and grabbed a screwdriver from under the couch where i was sitting and tried to stab at the cops. i got my ass beat and arrested then brought to the hospital.

i ended up getting put on probation for like 6 months because of it.

Got locked up because of my blond bimbo gf's schreeching voice..the neighbors called in a domestic disturbance..and when the cops showed up,so did the pizza guy with the pizzas we had purchased on a stolen credit card so that was it..

Well aside from the 10 or so grams of amphetemines that lay on a mirror that I had just snorted half a gram off...also on top of that I was beginning to be dopesick as hell,and being put in cuffs,shoved in a squadcar and locked up in a tiny cell didnt help it much neither...what really sucked was that they put her into the cell beside me and she kept wining and hollering for me to take the rap for everything...

No, but it was really close, thanks to my ex. It was the first time I had ever dropped acid, Microdot. He had done it many times before me, though. He decided it would be a good idea to go to Octoberfest. There were cops everywhere and I had to leave. I was afraid I would do something stupid to get caught. He was such a moron....
 
I've talked with cops after a night of partying on amphetamines and GHB and not too long ago I had to go declare why I was at some café because they were suspicious that I had any drugs on me.

I didn't have any on me but I did have a lot of MDMA in me hehe.

Never really had troubles with handling myself on drugs.
 
High and/or drunk on 3 separate occasions.

Waking up is horrible, but usually I'm a smartass the night before and I enjoy it in a sick, masochistic kind of way. Fuck em'.
 
What was it like? It's like the worst feelin in the world when u catchin a new charge, cuffed, on your way to bookin, knowin your gonna be sick as fuuuuuck withdrawlin for the next week or 2
