Opioids is there a way to i.v oxycodone mixed with narcan?

i came across some pills that have 97% oxycodone and the rest have narcan, there custom made from a compound pharmacy, there powder in a capsule. they work orally, but my question is why dont they work when you i.v them, plug them, or snort them.
if anyone had any ideas how to bypass them doing them orally it would be much appreciated..it sure is a tease being so close to having the old formula..

The naloxone has a shorter half life than the oxycodone so injecting it will result in a high, however there will be no rush and you will have to wait until the naloxone wears off (say half an hour) before the oxycodone will slowly come up. There is therefore no advantage to injecting as an ROA (plus the usual plethora of dangers) so stick with oral administration.

Furthermore if you are at all dependent and inject naloxone you'll experience precipitated withdrawal (commonly associated with buprenorophine) and would definitely not have a good time.

would there be any advantage of plugging it vs oral? or would have i have the same result as if i were to i.v it?

Oral and plugged would be advantageous since naloxone's BA would be lower. Try it in that order, oral and then plugged, but oral should be the better route...

Oxycodone's BA is good for both.
