Generic Liquid Lortab?

I have 200mL of this hydrocodone/apap syrup but I have no idea how much hydrocodone/apap is in each ml. The bottle says "qty:250" so would that mean in the entire 400mL+ bottle, there is only 250mL of hydrocodone?

One side has the numbering going up by hundreds, I assume that is mL. The other side goes up by twos up to 14, no idea what unit of measurement that is. Anyone fimiliar with these giant bottles of generic lortab syrup? The back says 3xvi on it.
 
more than likely it is 10mg per tea spoon, i have yet to see a hydrocodone elyxer that has more than 10mg per tea spoon.


im not sure how you got it but if you got it legit maybe you should call your doctor....


or better yet call the nearest pharmacy and ask them.
 
We'd really need to know exactly what the entire prescription label says to be able to give you an idea of whats in it and how it could be safely used.

Lortab Elixir (brand) is typically 7.5mg hydrocodone and 500mg acetaminophen per 15mL

I think is probably better suited for BDD, so I'm going to move it over there. BDD mods, feel free to move/close when the thread is answered or otherwise runs its course.

The only liquid hydrocodone/apap medicine I know of is liquid lortab elixir, which as stated is 7.5mg of Hydro/500 mg APAP per dose.
 
I have experience with the elixir. It's not good for someone with a tolerance as I have yet to find a way to CWE the APAP. It also is a 7% alcohol solution so it's alittle harsh on the stomach. It's hard to keep down, there has been multiple times where I have dosed and 20 mins later there is projectile vomiting.
 
Its generic lortab elixir. The label is messed up but I got that out of it. Thanks for the info everyone.

Do you have a weak stomach when it comes to opiates or drinking syrups? Also, SWIM has a ridiculous natural opiate tolerance. Would taking a dose of 37.5 mg (75 mL) be too hard on SWIM's liver? That's a one-time dose of 2,500mg APAP. SWIM almost never takes opiates or even tylenol so as of now his liver is in good condition. Would this dose make SWIM sick (because of the tylenol)?
 
^It's pushing it maybe, I get sick from 3g at once. Neither amount is great for the liver I'm sure... It could be potentially dangerous for some.

I'd try a little less personally, 30mg now and more later if you need.

One side is ml, the other is fluid oz (6 teaspoons/ 2 tablespoons per fluid oz))
 
Remember, the concentration is 7.5/500 per 15mL. Thats a tablespoon, not a teaspoon. A teaspoon is 5mL.

I would not take more than 2000mg of acetaminophen at once.

I've had this several times, there simply isn't a good way to CWE it because of the additive ingredients.

i am not saying it is safe. i am not recommending it. but personally, i would not sweat that. would not make a habit out of it, but i would not even feel guilty about it. the back of the tylenol bottle says no more than 2,000mg/24hrs though, and it is your decision.

also we do not use "SWIM" on bluelight.
