morning all. took ages to get to sleep then my boyf elbowed me in the head at 6am, i properly woke up as i thought he was, as i had asked, properly aking me when he got up. he was just asleep.

most mornings i can just stay in bed, it always seems to be the mornings i can't that i mosyt need to.

have a DEXA scan and find out the results of loads of heart tests later, for a study i'm in. the results of the DEXA scan will either be fantastically timed, if they're good, or horrifically timed if they're no better than the last one. trying to be optimistic.
 
Can't beat the elbow to the head wake-up call. Almost makes romantic relationships worthwhile.

Then Henry Rollins comes in and makes me do press-ups and realise what the hell I'm thinking, before I thank him for restoring me to sanity and the Way of the Misanthrope. Then we shout a bit and maybe Danzig pops around. If we're lucky. ;)

On a more serious note - good luck with the scans. Let us know how it goes.

well annoyingly, the woman had told me the wrong day. so i got up for nothing. i can't go back home to sleep because we have rescheduled for 9.30 tomorrow and if i go home to sleep now i wont get to sleep at a reasonable time tonight, so wont make the scan tomorrow. utter balls. at leats she's paying for me to get taxis both ways tomo, but is basically really lucky that i have a strong personal motivation for wanting to participate in her study.

i wont get the scan results for a few weeks but will let you know. find out if gaining a few metric tonnes has actually done me any good.
 
Well that was fkin mental
I was jus going 2 town 2 get me script nothing special did it,
got pon bus went home or so i thought.

But no there was plenty more in store 1st the bus driver when letting me off forgot he was driving a double dekker and compete destroyed a bus shelter:)
The best bit was he jus moved all the bits of the road n fuked off hoping no one saw it!
So i thought bit of drama always fun , no in this case

Enter Super Brimz

Jus as i left the chemist i saw a pair of leggs behind a car withthe torso obbscured . thought it was a bit odd n it was fukin scary some poor old fella had collapsed so i got him in recovery position checked airwaves , wonder how i know all this stuff;) n phoned 999 , then told sim other lady 2 watch him while i ran back 2 the surgery 2 get a Doctor.

Anyhow ambulance came bloke will live n i did well:)

All those ods i knew would come in handy one day n they did it was instinctive.

Thats amazing Brimz! You may have just saved a life there! Major snoooo :D

I try to teach recovery position and airway and CPR to anyone I come across, you never know when you'll need it.. got a few more mates to update, well worth knowing, espesh for those who may be in the company of people who could OD of course..

Off bac to bed to for a bit, feeling bleugh today, shall try again shortly!

I saved a baby from a housefire once as well about 20 years ago she's all grown up now n well buff , she is hindu though n i don't think her parents would be to happt with me having a relationship with her although i no she likes me .;)
