I am fairly well versed in drugs (i have used almost everything under the sun and some to obscene ammounts) and recently I had a HORIBLE experience with this substance (MDPV) and I realize now I probably overdid the inital dosage. This is a HIGHLY potent RC aproach with caution and use scales.

Got home and saw the brown powder (MDPV) and thought "Oh sure, I can do this and go to work tomorrow. After all I've got Trazadone for sleep so why the hell not?" HA! WRONG!

0:00 - After an allergy test (1-2 mg) which proved to cause no idiosyncratic reactions. I tooted a line of about 10-15 mg. It is so strange. I remember the instant I took it into my body my heart rate spiked up to what I would estimate to be 110-120 bpm or so and I had mild chest pains. I shrugged it off.

0:15 - Beginning to feel felt the come up happy feeling so I decided to take the dogs for a walk with the wife. I was Feeling nice chatty mild euphoria and empathogenic effects. Then I came back home sat down and that's when the real "fun" began.

02:10 - First thing that I noticed was an inability to swallow on Que or drink water without a great deal of effort. I later read a TR where another bloke has similar symptoms. (Inability or extream difficulty swallowing) So turns out I am not that strange (in this sense) after all. Anyhow, this was about 2 hours in from my inital dose when I began to have EPMs

I had experienced EPMs previously when I was taking Abilify. I had to go to the urgent care because I was so bad off. Thankfully I was lucky enough to be working in a hospital at the time and the nurses recognized what it was and told me i had EPMs and if untreated it can become permanent. They injected 50 MG of Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) intra-muscular into my ass. That helped allot and eventualy the EPMs went away after I stopped taking the meds.

So being through this before I knew what to look for this time.
EPMs are frightening because you have very little control over your own body. I would walk shuffling my feet. I would go to reach for something and have no intention of doing so. OR have intention of preforming a simple task like light a bowl and it take a good 10 mins and alot of concentration and effort.

2:15 - I experienced all of these symptoms (except for the feet shuffling) after about 2 hours form my first dose. Along with some other unique symptoms too (disphoria, panic attacks, waves of tachycardia accompanied by a splitting headache. I was also very nauseous. it was like coming off off meth and opiates at the same time. It was so annoying because I would have all intentions of doing something at a normal rate or even try to do it quickly to compensate but I was moving like a rusted tin-man I found it very hard to express myself like as if the speech and memory centers of my brain were affected. I felt disoriented and slightly dissociated like I had taken Ketamine or something. I was also shaky and twitchy. It just felt like my whole CNS was short circuiting. All I could do was lie down with my head covered and pray for it to go away.
I knew at this point I did too much. This is ironic because earlier that day I read this trip report where these guys ordered some MDPV and told their mate it was coke so the bloke chops up a rail and ODs. (What assholes ehh?) But i digress...

4:00 - I try to lie down now. I took my usual 100 mg Trazadone and lied down for rest. But no rest comes just waves of extream panic and terror about every 15 mins or so.

05:30 - I take another 50mg Trazadone but even after that fully kicks in I was still having the waves of terror/tachycardia.

08:30 - One more 50MG Trazadone does the trick and I fall asleep. I wake the next morning groggy disoriented felt like I had been up for a week. But all in all at the end of the next day I was cool after a bowl or two. (I love you am2201!!! ^.^)

I still had the majority of it left (1.970gs?) the next morning but I had no desire to do any more so I flushed down the toilet and I swore to never again touch it. That was a terrifying experience and I never wants to have to go through that again.
I am most likely an anomaly. I say this because I read plenty or good reports on this stuff but I am simply informing the public of my particular reaction. I feel its my duty as a fellow lab rat.

Wow! Glad you made it through. I tend to see a lot of negative reports for this one and the common factor is always a too-high dose!

Ah, MDPV can be really harsh, I used to take it in 24/7 mode.

Sorry that you have a bad time with it. The experience sounds more like an overdose, MDPV feels a lot better in lower doses.

I feel ya man, it's not easy do do and not go hard... What are EPMs?

The nurses I worked with at the time called them EPMs or extrapyramidal movements but seems Wikis got it under "EPS" or extrapyramidal symptoms.

Same thing tho....and take it first hand it is scary when its happening to you.

Wiki says:

The extrapyramidal system can be affected in a number of ways, which are revealed in a range of extrapyramidal symptoms (EPS), also known as extrapyramidal side-effects (EPSE), such as akinesia (inability to initiate movement) and akathisia (inability to remain motionless).

Extrapyramidal symptoms (EPS) are various movement disorders such as acute dystonic reactions, pseudoparkinsonism, or akathisia suffered as a result of taking dopamine antagonists, usually antipsychotic (neuroleptic) drugs, which are often used to control psychosis.
