Any day it is, I'll have a good day. Been having some crazy realizations about how short life is recently... been living it up for sure. Never been sad about much, but in the past I've been kind of pessimistic/not as optimistic as I should be. A couple of years ago I may have said something like "fuck mondays". Never like llama's comments or anything , but ya know....

yup. Ever since slowing down on doing drugs (now hopefully completely stopping), I've been much more tolerant of people and generally nicer to them. Weird how drugs can change you.

How many mg? And how long ago?
In my experience with taking melatonin for sleep, it seemed a lot more effective when I took it and laid down to sleep shortly after.

I find that I have to take a little bit of diphenhydramine with the melatonin to get some sort of drowsiness.

3 mg... so 6 mg total. I believe the most they make is 5 mg? So maybe its not too big of a dose.

Yeah, I also have 3mg ones. I dont take it regularly at all, maybe like twice a month and I have a bottle with like 200 left haha. And yes, 5mg is the highest they go.
