Interesting, I sometimes forget that ADD/ADHD overprescription of amphetamines is an American thing ;)

That sounds like taking a lot of dextroamphetamine at once, the 3 hour thing. Minus the MDMA effects, if that makes any sense. I've noticed that taking IR dextroamphetamine has 3-5 hours of euphoric stimulation followed by a comedown...during which I usually take an opiate or benzo to make the comedown bearable, otherwise I end up hating myself and everybody else on the comedown.
 
yeah BigPharma over there sure do push the ADHD meds a lot.

You should try a dissociative on comedowns once in a while too, the MXE on top of the 4-FA is doing a nice job at the moment. Using ketamine for comedowns from stimulants is quite a common thing to do actually, is nice to end a stim session on a comfortable note that doesn't always end up in just sleeping sometimes too.
 
Damn I didn't know d-amp wasn't common in UK because like you said it's so common here.

Definitely stimulated as always 8)

I have never done ketamine and if I knew anyone who had access I would. I here it is awesome from here and friends.
 
Sorry to bomb the conversation with another long-winded personal advice-type question, but this one is easier I think...

How do people generally buy benzos? Are they really mostly gotten from dealers, or is it just not that difficult to get a prescription? It's confusing to me, because I personally know people who have prescriptions who are also not the type to "seek" medications from doctors. Besides being labelled with "general anxiety disorder" by a current doctor, I also have actual (but occasional) panic attacks, which I've talked about with the two psychiatrists I've seen. Both times, I avoided straight-up asking about benzos since I was already being prescribed Adderall. The first one gave me a script for hydroxyzine, the other was kind of like "yeah, that's what happens when you take stimulants".

Does it really work to explicitly ask your doctor for these drugs? In the past I would have thought that got you labelled as "drug-seeking" or something, but I guess I have no idea.
 
I've never tried it either, actually.

I really like benzos and opiates however. Smoking cannabis on stimulants goes without saying but I realize a lot of people don't have that option for various reasons.
 
We can't tell you what to say to your doctor ;)

It depends on your situation. My doctor actually recommended against taking stimulants because they increase anxiety, go figure. I don't really know the answer to that question anyway, to be honest.

If your anxiety isn't being treated well, tell your doctor.
 
Benzodiazepines are pretty common throughout the world, given how many indications (reasons why they would be prescribed) benzos as a class of drugs have.

That's also why there are so many available on the street.

most of the people who deal benzos have their own scripts, and just like other drugs you can either buy them off the street or get prescribed. i would be happy for some hydroxyzine as it goes very nicely with opiates %) but if you aren't into those much and just want some relief get some klonopin, or lyrica is your doc doesnt want to give you benzos
 
Sorry fellow BDDers for not participating much today, have a concussion which I am breaking the HR rules and drinking whilst having one :\ and my memory and focus is a bit shot at the moment. I am alright in social threads at the moment, but when it comes to replying to or closing the main threads in the forum I am struggling to recall the knowledge needed to make decent replies.

I will be trying my best, just hope the concussion leaves me sooner rather than later.

I hate benzos but know many who are prescribed. I think the only way to get benzos would be to ask for them. The worst case scenario is a no (and maybe doc thinking your seeking). But, since you have panic attacks, you have a legitimate reason and I am sure there is a doctor who would think that benzos are the best treatment.
 
For those that sniff opana er, what do you do about the nose clog from it? Blow your nose, or try to inhale through your nose? I was gonna put some drops of saline solution up there to see if that helped.
 
I try to suck it through ( I would hate to waste that 2 mg of clog lol). And it's weird, its like 50/50 if it will clog up or not.

Edit:

I think it is the moisture that makes it clog in the first place so I doubt if saline drops will do it. The best method, all though kinda gross, is I blow the chunks into my hand and *eat* the big chunks and wipe off the rest. Yeah it's kinda gross, but oh well.
