^I removed the EXIF data from your photos and reuploaded them for your protection. Some cameras (and especially phones) record extra data including GPS coordinates of where the photo was taken into photos. As you can imagine, this is extremely incriminating, so I cleaned the images and replaced them.

Always run photos through this website or another EXIF data remover before publicly posting, especially if they're of a sensitive nature :)

Alright please keep the pics sensible, I don't wanna be seeing entire psychoactive forests in basements that raise lots of eyebrows.

That's some scary shit right there.

Cacti and Datura are not actually illegal to cultivate. They can't really prove you are planning to ingest them, or have they come up with a mind reading machine yet?
Oh well, I guess it's always better to be safe than sorry.

^Right, but you might not want everyone on the forum to know exactly where your nice little garden is. If you pop the old photos with the EXIF data into iPhoto on my computer, it plops a nice little pin on google maps directly where the photo was taken.

I have a Coleus in my garden but I've never gotten high from it since apparently you can.

My friend is growing that stuff. He said that he felt very mild effects smoking the dried leaf, but we are going to try and do a simple extraction with some kind of solvent.

any experience with this?

That is seriously fucked up.
Like really.

It depends on what camera you used and whether or not the image has been processed. I would imagine many consumer point-n-shoots will not have GPS data, but they will definitely record a serial number of sorts.

Stripping EXIF data is always a good plan.

???
I never knew that was possible. Fucking bastard corporations killing the last bit of privacy the governments haven't already taken!

no need to be overly paranoid-- obviously your camera cannot know where it is if it does not have a gps or cellular triangulation built in. but iphones are notorious for knowing exactly where they are whenever they do anything :)

It's a consideration. Depends on my upcoming living situation though :-/ Might not be ideal for even one cactus so might just let it keep growin' out. I'm somewhat newbish to cactus care though as well hah.

Curious: How long have you had that cactus for and how big was it when you started?
