Russia defies growing consensus with declaration of 'total war on drugs'

dont underestimate the heroin problem in russia, i was there last summer and its more popular n prevelant than bud

but this is a fine example of russia's (and belarus' but thats a whole nother issue) fine leadership and a reason why outside of moscow russias ghetto as fuck, im talking worse than inner city projects 3rd world ghetto

u ever have to go down the street to pump clean drinking water from a the only neighborhood well for your only source of agua? i didnt think so :)

but back on topic, russia clearly fails at learning from the mistakes of others

That is because the US gov't is sending most of the heroin and opium supply from Afghanistan to Russia... Russia officials have already said this to be the case.

Yeah but i saw this coming when i saw that video of Russians throwing red paint on drug dealers... Russia is so ass backwards its ridiculous

Wow this makes the stupidity of the west look alot less fucked up, its still very very fucked up obviously lol but this is just a whole new extreme

And it'd almost move from stupidity to cunning if the rampant heroin usage was part our reasons for protecting the poppy crops in afghanistan 8o
/yeah I said it, and I'm not moving it to alternative theories
//edit: sometimes glossing by the last post makes you come across retarded..
