First post here, so sorry if this is in the wrong section or if this was against the rules, i didn't seem to think so.

I've been researching Research Chemicals.
For hours, yes HOURS!
Bluelight threads, google, various websites, wholesalers, official government pages, legislations, acts and even a bunch of YT videos.

However, after all this gained infomation and knowledge, i did not have a clear understanding about what the real deal was.

If anyone could direct me or insight with a list of banned/unbanned RC's in Australia, it would be greatly appreciated

Cheers

all banned bar some cannabinoid agonists probably, due to analogue laws (ie similar structure to a banned substance)

if anyone can be more specific I'm all ears too but your best bet in reality in Aus that they are technically illegal

need to read harder buddy.
federal law covers all analogues and/or chemicals with a similar structure and effects to a banned substance i believe.

edit - lol took too long to reply.

Now that you mention it, i do recall reading something that Australia & New Zeland have done something unique and started banning all analogues of substances, even before they have been created/distributed.
Guess i shouldn't of blazed 1/2 way through my research sesh...

Is some of the JWH-xxx's legal?
I ordered some Damiana laced with JWH-018 off the net and it came in without problems

a good guide is if its worth taking then its illegal

so all JWH will be illegal, customs just skim over small quantities of things

Yeh probs 90% of RC are illegal under analogue laws. Also if they arent on the list n they are fun to use they probs get added soon enough. Generally custons cbf with small packages in post if u order online, small like 1g or so,as not really worth their time. Usually their machines which takes swabs probs wont recognise RCs, but they might recognise the more common ones, 2c-compounds and the common drugs, h, k, coke, mdma, amps

Yeh just dont make it too often n too large otherwise ur gona have a huge boot mark on ur door

Yeah lol got a seizure letter for importing a few vials of test-e, don't really want another one, or cops kicking my door open

AH HA! i've been looking for somethign like that...

LOL acetone is banned??? who imports that, just go to bunnings

Also belarki, that list doesnt list analogue compounds which are generally RC's

Bigfella, simply put it this way, If you wikipedia that RC you want and it says its a analogue of something listed in that list, or is in that list itself ; most likey its illegal (the list that belarki linked)

Oh yeh sorry, I should have mentioned that. MDPV for example, is covered as it is an analogue of Pyrovalerone which is listed. Our analogue laws are very broad and capture pretty much everything on the RC market at the moment, possibly with the exception to some synthetic cannabinoids, though that's debatable.

If it shows on a broad spectrum tester then it will be stopped
All rc's show something 2cb green amphs orange and so on
Australia has the best border protection in the world

I wouldnt risk ordering any RC's to be honest. Most of them come from (insert country here) and are packed in a similar way to others coming from the same place. It can come up on the x-ray machine as well.

i dont know, the risk is up to the buyer, but there are a fair few people here and i know of buying stuff and customs not even bothering. If its small enough, they sometimes seize it and send u a warning letter, thats when you should stop. however its not to say they arent bored and might bother charging u even if it is a small amount.

I've imported a gram of an RC three times without trouble, I'm waiting on a fourth delivery.

Mine comes from mainland Europe and my supplier sensibly puts it in a windowed business-style envelope.

We're not unique in that aspect; the US had analogue laws over 20 years ago. We do have exceptionally broad and vague analogue laws compared to some other countries though.
