I had some hits of acid stored in a plastic bag in a pill bottle in the freezer for a couple of years and I took 3 tonight and I seem to only be getting very mild effects. Is it possible they degraded somehow?

Of course that's possible. No one here can really tell you how much degradation you can expect exactly. It might not have been air tight enough and water got in, that helped degrade it, in which case a couple of years is not a little.

Sorry, but what is the point of this thread?

if you took a smaller or similar dose before, and it hit you hard, then you took it years later without taking LSD within a few weeks and it didnt, it probably did "degrade" (lsd develops a very quick tolerance from my understanding, usually have to double your previous dose if you've taken it within 4 days)

Never ever put it in a plastic bag. It rubs off the lsd the same way your fingers do, haven't you ever wondered why it's normally in tin foil rather thana plastic bag like most other drugs?

Is the above true? I would love to know more about that.

I have some remaining I plan to put in long term storage.

I read another thread some days ago that specifically stated to put in a plastic bag before wrapping in tin foil, because the tin foil can react with the paper or some shit and cause dicky stomach cramps and stuff when you dose. They stated the only purpose of the tin foil was to keep the light out.

I would love a definitive answer on this, I will probably leave mine there for over a year before I feel it has a use for me again.

this is not true and neither is the idea that tinfoil reacts with anything. If you have blotter thats on the right kind of paper and is dosed reasonably strong, most of the lsd is going to be inside the paper cause when you lay it in liquid you let it soak all the way through. Ive handled sheets really carefully just touching the edges and I've dropped sheets on the floor and nobody who eats it can ever tell the difference, even the people who have been tripping for years and have a good idea of the feeling. The only thing that makes lsd weaker ime is time and improper storage. Plastic bags are generally a bad plan cause its not air tight and light can get in. Whats worked the best for me is wrapping it tightly in tinfoil and putting it in the middle of a hard cover book. Then you stick the whole book in the freezer and it stays good for a long time...A year is longer then you can expect it to last unless you wrap it up really nice and never take it out.
