The first lot of patches are designed so that u can smoke cigs while they are on, n help u cut down.

When im on the shardy I crave cigs n smoke a bucket load, im still alive and so are everyone else I know

Yes, because you are getting an increased amount of nicotine and it can be toxic. But there is no nicotine in meth and no nicotine in marijuana.

The only thing that springs to mind regarding this is that cigarette smoke contains a MAOI - hence why smoking + MDMA = ... I assume it wouldn't be in nicotine patches though.

That's so interesting. I always wondered why smoking on good pills is one of the most amazing things ever. Does that mean the MAOI would have an effect on say DMT, or similar psychedelics as well?
