If your region is in fact testing for synthetic cannabinoids, you should make sure whether JWH-250 has been banned yet. It is unscheduled in America, but they have still developed a test for it. Probably because different states are banning it additionally.
But as of right now, JWH-019, JWH-073, JWH-018, and even AM-2201 (probably JWH-5C and JWH-200) WILL ALL TEST POSITIVE for JWH-018, as these all share the common metabolites that are being tested for. There is a chance that JWH-081, JWH-122, and JWH-210 may not show up, but it is still possible to get a positive result for JWH-018, depending on their testing methods.
Additionally, there is a likelihood that JWH-203 and RCS-8 could show up as a positive result for JWH-250, but this only matters if JWH-250 is banned in your region.

I just got a new smoke blend that claims not to contain JWH 018, 019, 200, 250, 073, 398, HU210, CP47, C8-47/497. What other chems are out there that might be in this blend. It seems similar to 200 but it's impossible to tell for sure.

Also I'm not in danger of getting tested but would smoking a gram of this blend over a few days really be detectable in my system for 3-4 weeks. That seems unbelievable based on Redwood and other Lab's 72 hour window. Any further insight?

The new blends seem to be using some totally different stuff lately. If it is really so different i would doubt any of the current tests would be able to detect them. It just sucks not knowing for sure what the details. Its all in the grey area at the moment. So far it doesnt seem like anyone is testing positive with new blends, but no one is testing negative either. Is anyone even getting tested at all?

I would also like to find answers to these questions.

the place i work for tests for JWh and all the analogs. you have to request it when having samples sent to the lab. however, we are getting dipstick tests in for synthetic cannibinoids and even mdpv(bath salts). so watch out. last thing you want is to test positive on probation.....i dont work for probation by the way.

homey, any insight into how long JWH can be detected in one's system using the current lab test?

The companies that make the tests say 48-72 hours. However, someone here reported testing positive 2 weeks afterward. Not too many people have to take these tests so there isn't much data to go by.

To all those who think this doesn't stand on legal ground: it's called the Analogue Act--your argument based on consumption and scheduling will actually work against you in a court of law.

Sorry to break the bad news but if you consume any mind altering substance (specifically scheduled or not) and it is found in a urine or blood test you're out of luck. Period end of story.

Ok

The cops should be giving themselves DUI's for driving after having a coffee then.

Caffine is technically a mind altering drug right? It's illegal to drive under the influence of ANY drug according to the law. Also caffine is mimic'ing other stimulants by their definitions.

Also I would like to be locked up, I have to admit I drove home with an endorphin rush from the gym today. I was actually feeling very euphoric after running about 6 miles. I never run that much. I definately didn't feel "sober"

Can someone please come arrest me, I feel so guilty...

Lmfao @ the war on drugs. It's the biggest joke in history of humanity.

BRB making a drink out of or chewing a plant and being a criminal for it.

^naginnudej's interpretation of the analog act is a little confusing... it doesn't ban just ANY mind altering substance, it has to have biological action that is similar to or stronger than a substance that has already been placed in Schedule I or II.
so the argument for caffeine's legality is that it's stimulant effects are not as strong as any scheduled stimulants. the same is true of endorphins, they act on the same receptor as heroin, but their action is negligible in comparison.
An interesting point to mention is that alcohol has QUITE similar effect to many of the Schedule II barbiturates, with activity at the GABA receptors that could easily be considered a "greater effect". In short... booze could be considered a designer drug. lol

Do you know how the test works? I am skeptical that there is any test for ALL analogs. From what I've read, the tail portion of the molecule is cleaved early during aminoalkylindole metabolism and the leftover skeleton is what is being tested for. This leads me to believe that one test would be able to show whether any of the following naphthoylindoles had been ingested: JWH 018, 019, 073, 200, AM-1220, & AM-2201. Meanwhile, a second test would pick up whether the phenylacetylindoles JWH-250 or SR-18 had been ingested. (although neither of these are scheduled at the federal level)
