Opioids some advice on Fent patches

I'll try to make this as short as possible.
I take about 40mg to 60mg of opana nasally a day. Well Im running short on my script I gave my pills to my wife and told her to give me only 2 10mg ers a day 12 hours apart equals 20mg a day. needless to say I feel pretty bad right now.
My friend gave me 2 fent patches today. One is a 50mcg and the other is 12mcg I was wondering what would be the best way for me to use these. I just really want to keep the W/Ds at bay but if I can score a buzz in the process that would be great.

From what I read on the site here you can put them between your cheek an gum. I know it is a very dangerous drug and you have to be careful, but I hate w/d from opana sucks big time. I been on opiates for 4 years now only one break for 3 months last year beside that I take them every day.
I'm thinking I might just be better off putting on my skin and go with that, but I'm not sure if they are strong enough to stop my W/Ds It would be nice if I could do that and save my 2 pills a day for 2 days and use those extra pills on sunday and monday. Tues I get my refill.

Definitely transdermal application. You want to get the most drug out of these over the next several days and not just a small amount but all at once. I think fent is ummm 10 to 15 times the strength of oral oxymorphone so say a factor of 10 nasally.

50mcg/h fent ---> 0.5mg/h of oxymorphone or an additional 10mg/d give or take. You can hope for incomplete cross tolerance which will work in your favor as well.

I say slap that 50mcg/h patch on and see how it feels (i.e. give it several hours to fully start working and ideally more to account for buildup). Then if it's not enough (likely) use Opana for breakthrough or to compliment.

Thanks for the help I really appreciate it. I'm going to go ahead and slap both of the patches on me at the same time the 50mcg and the 12mcg. I might cut my 10mg of opana in half and snort those every 4 hours or so and see if I can push it to save a pill or so.
Knowing me I'll end up snorting all my pills. I have a really hard time of extra pill and not taking it.

Well my bro gave me a couple of op 60s out of the blue. I should be in great shape now. I haven't even used the patches yet. Only got till tuesday morn. I'll hold out as long as I can before I use the patch.

I hate opana but like it to much to quit too. The W/Ds are so harsh. I start to sweat buckets I never sweated so much.. Thats how I can tell the W/Ds are starting to come and then they come in waves. Gut twisting waves. It really is drug that needs to be respected in can come back to bite you hard. specially if your ROA is nasally.

Yup, coming off snorting opana is just like coming off of IV dope. It's that strong, it just murders your opiate receptors. If I were you, I still wouldn't wear both those patches at once. The 50mcg/hr one should do you well for two days w/out anything else on top of it. That is equal to about 300mg of oxycodone per day. I say this because one of the sickest days I ever had was wearing only one 50mcg patch. I had a tolerance a little higher than you have right now too, I was doing about 80mg of opana.
