what's vancouver like these days? are there many pills going around (oxys, dillies, morph..etc)? sounds like oxy has dried up everywhere..hoping the scene is still thriving though

lol, maybe im too good at being a junky, but i dont get it when ppl say how hard it is to find dilaudid and such. I'm shocked by how COMMON it is, in every place I've ever lived in Canada! No idea how it gets around in such quantity. I figure therere's a lot of crooked people working in the medicare industry.

toronto and vancouver and montreal...basically 90% of canada LOL... is where it's at in terms of pain pills and H of course...

on the east coast is pricey, pills are usually about twice the price as in those places, and there is no H at all really [unless someone brings some down from "MTV"]

You know your drugs, man. I find the exact same about the morphinan opioids, they have a much more "organic" feel, they feel closer to morphine which is the most euphoric natural opiate. Even methadone doesn't give the same warm glow; don't get me wrong, it is euphoric, hence one of the reasons it's used for heavy maintenance cases. That said, fentanyl was the same.
I got a 50mcg push, not per hour, at once and I found I got zero euphoria, only pain relief. They used fent because I had opiates in my system already and since we know fent is the most mu-receptor competitive of common prescribed pain relievers, this is the one they opted to use. Overall, the morphinans are the family of choice concerning these drugs.

And remember the peak will not come for at least 10hrs and will last and 40~50hrs and then it will taper down... This stuff makes OxyContin look like Anacin!

Wow, that sounds like an intense experience man, I hope you're really careful going forward; it's never good to lose a fellow bluelighter. Glad to hear you're okay. Also, I didn't know the patches were still good to chew after 72h, that's good to know incase I ever pick any up for BT pain.

Yeah, we don't have Vicodin in Canada.

You'd be better off leaving the HM for IV users since it's priced for that market. Pick up some percs, sometimes you can get those for a good price in bulk, or some OCs that'll last all day, just eat a few.

Being a former Detroiter I can't imagine Windsor having the narcotic abuse problem as Detroit.

When I was first married (too long to mention) we would love crossing the border to have dinner. I never saw any place could harbor any illegal trafficking.

We stopped going to Windsor when the kids became teens.

When they opened Windsor Casino we started going again. As always the Canadians were always friendly and the casino steak excellent

When we left we went thru a neighborhood that was kinda rundown and I could swear i saw transactions occurring less than a block from the Casino.

Six or seven cars with us plates rolled up to the same Freak looking guy and hands made a quick exchange.

I haven't been back since but only because it freaked my wife out.

I'm not one to judge but it surprised the hell outta me. And I am no angel myself.
 
Is it me or are alot of the punks and other people around in Toronto really against heroin yet they'll guzzle 24 beers and shove anything up their noses instead..always kinda annoys me having to be pretty lowkey about it and not having much buddies to hang with..meh
 
so fentanyl only gets rid of Wds, it doesnt really provide any of the opiate glow or w/e that people like about opiates?

scottd420, i was staying away from HM because i AM an iv user, the last 2 yrs. right now, when H isnt available since im out east, the pill i like most is HM. the rush, or "crunch" as they call it in this city, lol, is just insane, and the brand name Dilaudid pills are super easy to prep. but it so short lasting. but it beats sticking that disgusting MSContin snot-gel into yourself :S also MSC's are stupidly expensive where im at.

id kill for another vial of HM injectable USP liquid. it lasts as long as H, but with the crunch of normal dilaudid. and its super economical at the prices i had em...
 
so i'm pretty new to canada, but have noticed there's plenty of oxys and HM doing the rounds, but have never heard or seen of oxymorphone here or fentanyl, are these drugs used in canada at all? or are they just prescribed more strictly?

Oxymorphone is not available in Canada at all so your out of luck there. As for fent it's only available in patches and vials from hospitals. Patches can be hard to get and really in my opinion fent is not euphoric. Certainly nowhere near as euphoric as dilaudid, morphine or even oxycodone. But that's just me :\

All opioids are controlled in the same catagory here as in a doctor can prescribe 30mg codeine pills as easy as he can prescribe say dilaudid or fent. But fent patches are really only given to people with chronic pain who have been on strong opioids for awile and doctors are wary of handing out dilaudid because of it's high demand and high prices on the street.

Around here doctors dole out Hydromorphone (Dilaudid & HM Contin) like it's fucking candy. On the other hand tho... Oxycontin is getting really scarce on the streets, it seems the doctors are scared to write scripts for the shit and they're switching people over to HM or Morphine.

interesting, not 100% sure but in Australia your regular GP can prescribe up to 10mg strength oxycodones, anything stronger and you have to see a pain specialist, probably explains why prescription opioids are much harder to find at street level in Aus than in america.
