Vial of LSD

A friend of mine is bringing over a vial of acid from Amsterdam, but we're very nwe to this and never even seen liquid acid - I've only taken a blotter once, and he's never even tried any psychedelic other than shrooms and salvia (just to give you an idea about our lack of knowledge on this)
SO I'd really appreciate some help :3 I've lurked around here for a while but never bothered creating an account, hence the new account heh.
This friend said: we cant put it onto blotters/gummies. we need another solution to dilute it in or some shit. - his contact said so. So uhh any idea on this? I've heard to dilute it in pure alcohol, is that ok? Any other tips?

Why won't he just drop it onto a medium? Seriously gummy candy works like a charm! I found my favorite to store it on was a Sour Patch gummy candy.

If he still won't drop it onto a medium, then your best bet is to dilute it in the same thing it's already diluted in. So if he's using Everclear alcohol, you should too.

Good luck, and hopefully somebody with more knowledge than myself will chime in soon.
 
Yeah you should be good ro go. My personal fav are the watermelon shaped sourpatch kids cuz I had am amazing trip from some LSD dropped on lol. Good luck and enjoy!
 
Funny, when I was talking about the Sour Patch gummy candy, I was talking about the watermelon shaped ones too :D.
 
^ That could be a dangerous assumption.

If you still have contact with the source of the vial, it would be best to ask that person, IMO.
 
~6-8 hours is forever? (~4 if ethanol is a main component of the solvent)

TIP: If one opens the roll correctly (only rip one end off very carefully and straight so that the bended foily part is gone and only the very top of the first tart is visible, so they can be pushed out) and carefully pushes the tarts out (with like a pencil), without bending the roll whatsoever, one can put them back into the roll after they are activated, one by one. If done right, one'll have a roll of activated sweet tarts that looks untouched except one of the ends is ripped off (like the top of the top sweet tart is visible but nothing else, the drop is on the bottom). It's so perfect because one side is concave and can even fit 2 drops if one wanted (might take a little longer to dry).

Sweetarts are great, way better and more reliable than sugar cubes (yuck) or any other medium. PEZ works great too and is so much more compact (take way long to dry like overnight).

You've got to use these kind, the big ones that come in a roll of 27... I found both of these images on Google Image search under "sweet tarts"... The second one is what it looks like when they are laid and drying... The first image is what it could look like if you do it all correctly, except one of the (non-visible in the picture) ends would be gone, showing the top of a sweet tart (part with the writing).

On another note, in my 8 years of being in the scene, I have only come into contact with concentrated liquid (solid 200mcg/drop) ONE time, and I don't think I ever will be that lucky again... It's generally 100ug or a bit over.
 
sugar cubes, thick blotting paper, vodka, porous candy, goodnes, i've even had some that had been spilled and wiped up with a peice of old woodchip wallpaper! imagine the fun at dunechen hill festival when all these folk were walking around chewing like horses on wood chip wallpaper and getting massive hits!
another idea is get one of those pippettes like you use for eyedroppers! depeends how many dozes in theory are in the vial,. if say 100 dozes, well, o some sums and get a pippette that is 100th of that amount. each drop is ONE HIT. that the way i tend to be given it at any psy-gigs/raves i go to.

once it was dripped onto chalk, and when "dry" the chalk was powdered and sprinkled into MDMA! a beautiful night had by all.

but seriously i triple dog dare you to walk into a bare and pour the entire vial in someones drink and just watch them.

Sometimes you just don't have time to let it dry. Last time I dropped it on SweeTARTS, I had to wrap them up almost immediately because I was driving back home after picking them up - my guy dropped them on the SweeTARTS in front of my face - and I had to press in with the tin foil on the concave, leaving a lot of the LSD to transfer to the tin foil. Needless to say, when I ate each tart, I licked the foil before throwing it away.
 
havent seen it since 1997!!!!!!!!!!! i would give my left nut for one of those. it would allow me to fix my life!
 
If your contact says you need to dilute it, DILUTE IT! The LAST thing you want to do is assume it is not concentrated because some people on Bluelight say so and wind up in an out of control experience for three days.

If you dilute it down and it is "weak", you can just drink more of the diluted solution. If you take it as it is and it turns out to be super strong, there is fuck-all you can do except sit out the ride.

Search the trip reports forum. There is an incredible story from a guy who was distributing LSD in Mexico who took a hit from a concentrated vial... scary shit!
 
I agree with the dilution strategy, partly for safety, and partly because I like to be able to control my experiences very accurately and I also like low-dose experiences.
I had a quarter-vial once, and diluted it with water so that it became a whole vial (i.e. 3:1 water:original stuff). Then, I could take one drop and have a quarter-hit, which allowed me to function and work, but heightened my senses and gave me energy.
Water worked very well for me.
I kept the acid for a year or more, and there was no noticeable degradation of quality.

According to wiki, there is only one documented OD on LSD. Hardly scientific evidence showing what the max dose is.

Like many people of my generation did, I experimented in college and knew many people who would take 3 or 4 hits at a time. One was always as much as I wanted. Some of those who took multiple hits were very scary looking later on - like the lights were on but no one was home.

slimvictors dilution strategy certainly allows for harm reduction and experimentation at the same time. Nice post, slim.

Do you have a link to it?

I would not dilute it, it will be fine if you drop it on candy.
