Loss of energy while on MDMA?

Hi all

I love to dance, and I love the feeling of MDMA. I would like to combine these two things, and well, I have done it before, but mostly when I do MDMA I find myself losing a lot of energy and just wanting to sit down - which makes me feel I am wasting my roll.
Could a little bit of caffeine help? Or any other suggestions? I am always well restet and everything before my rolls.

I usually take 140 - 160 mg. and rarely/never redose - if I do, I take 70-90 about an hour and a half or two hours in to the roll.

I have rolled maybe 10 times, and I always keep at least a month between rolling.
 
Ive found that what i eat before i head out to a rave greatly matters on energy levels! If you choose a meal thats large and will release your energy throughout the night this helps.

ie
me with little to eat, high mdma dose = sitting down by 4am

me with decent meal and a dose just undr yours = 12 hour rave is easy, im still dancing towards the end
 
Could be the kind of thizz you get. Possibly heroin based pills. If the pills you get are meth based i garuntee you will dance your ass off.

The major heroin producing regions and the major mdma/ecstasy producing regions are thousands of miles apart. It makes no geographical sense to mix the two. Also heroin is more expensive on the street. By the time heroin from afghanistan makes its way to the netherlands it will be too high of a price to mix, the presser would lose money, also a waste of heroin.

Thanks for answers. Maybe I just do take a too high dose - I just think that works best for me. And maybe I should get a good meal - I rarely eat anything 4-5 hours before the roll.

I don't eat pills, only pure MDMA, and it is 100% pure.

Any other suggestions are welcome :)
 
Pure mdma often doesn't give you as much energy as mdma cut with speed (or something else) would. That could be part of it.

Make sure you're being healthy up until your roll. Having no sleep the night before won't help. Eating poorly or not at all won't help.

I find that my best rolls were when I ate a light meal a few hours earlier, been eating healthy for the past few days, and gotten SLEEP the night before (although even a nap before rolling is a lot better than nothing).
 
As already remarked pure mdma is by nature a somewhat "floory" drug. You tend to want to lie down and cuddle or watch the light show. A small meal about 2 hours before dosing will help to some extent. Eating chocolate or drinking a sweetened drink will also help.
I personally think that caffeine brings you down, but some people like a small amount of speed in the mix to get a more energetic buzz.
As no great fan of speed, I often take a couple of pseudo-ephedrine tablets (legal in my country) at the same time as the mdma. I find this is just enough to make the experience a little speedier.
