I agree with everyone else who says not to do so at a school function, but if you're set on doing this I'd suggest:
- Stick only to close friends, and others who may be tripping. Sometimes people who aren't tripping can give you a weird vibe and it may not be something you're expecting.
- ALWAYS have water with you, because if you start to feel dehydrated and uncomfortable you're going to want it.
- Avoid security and/or anyone you might consider law enforcement. This includes police, teachers, parents and chaperones. (It's a grad thing so I really don't know how many teachers and parents will be there, but I'd still steer clear.)
- If you start to feel claustrophobic or nervous, step into a bathroom for a few and splash cold water on your face. Take a breather, have a few minutes of alone time, and remember to keep it together.
- If by some chance you or a friend starts to freak out, remember to stay calm and never forget: You're on a drug and it WILL end sooner rather than later.
I know you believe you have a strong will and think you can handle it. I'm sure you can, and I'm not going to try to stop you from tripping there. It could be a wonderful experience. At the same time it could be nothing like what you're expecting. Just don't forget that LSD is a powerful substance, and bad trips do happen. Don't go too hard your first time, you have plenty of other chances to explore your mind.
Anyway, if this seemed like a lecture I apologize. It wasn't intended to be! If you go through with it, have a good time and report back and let us know how it went. Be safe and take care of eachother!
