lol .. actually i was shocked to find out that they dont have an anger management course here in our city , i was shocked !

They were doing a questionair on the services like how they could improve the Pheonix Futures and other things along that lines .. one of the questions was something like if you could do another thing to help your self what would it be , i said anger management might be a good one and my key worker told me we dont have that up here

i was like wtf ?
 
Slightly pissed off with one of the most conspicuous vendors now selling Etizolam. Way to fast track scheduling, you cunts! And the prices? Complete rip off.

ahha, yes indeddy nomy, and i got a bit paranoid today, coz i did send said emails last night, and i was more stoned than i thought at the time last night, so i just checked out said emails and i think they are perest to be fair, i have used the english language most effectively!!!! soo the bitch will be able to see 1. How fantastic i am at crafting such things.
2. She will also be able to tell that i know what shes up to , and that i m tellin her to fuck off from undermining me, but their is no evidence to say i have said fuck off.
3. heavily quoted the big bosses words so that she knows that these are things that were actually decided by the big boss, so she cant try to worm around undermining me with her decisions, coz ill just run to the big boss!! (and cry union or go off sick again with the stress of it all, and then she'll have to do all my job he he he ho ho ho!!!")

so, should she come back and say to me " i want to carry on doing the bits of your job i choose to" i will say errrr, well i need something constructive and meaningful to do so can you actually plan me into it haha ha BINGO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
AHH, TODAY STARTED BADLY , some pepper pot "mate" turned up with a bluey this morning as i was just rising wanting to "go halves on a bag" in my bleary eyed not awake ness i said ook, but stupidly bouhgt 2 bags, so thus he got a bag for a bluey, i m annoyed co i shouldv concealed the whole bag i bought and smoked the one with him, anyway, i was playin a game, and fella sed hed give me a lift half way and i could get the bus.... time ticked on, so i said, can ye drop me the whole way.... geezer said he needed some petrol to do that (tho where iwas going was literally 1/2 mile if that from there. so i said ok heres 2 quid... no i need more..... well heres 3.......... no i need more........ well heres 3.60. no i need 4 quid (knowing i have the bluey which hed given me ) i just shouldve got lift to where he said and got taxi, wouldve only cost 3 quid.... im no good in the mornings

but i am annoyed coz this bloke really is a fookin piss taker ah yeh, can i have 10 ml of your meths which i gave him...... think he was expecting me to give him 50 , but he was too "polite" to ask for more, really need to shake this geezer off agian, coz him turning up at my door always inconveniences me, and costs me something im angry with me, but next time he turns up unless he has something substantial to give me, then im going to be other wise engaged, coz hes a piss taker....... i forgot to lock the door last night, and he just walked into the house.... lock the door woman

I know someone like that, always trying to take advantage of kind people with drugs but never willing to pay back. Makes me furious, I rarely answer my phone to him these days.
 
nothing worse isnt there ,, i used to be stupid as fuck with my cash , would just hand people E's and let folk use all my drugs all the time buy folk drink etc if they were skint

was funny when i got back from rehab and had changed that way about my self, they got a fucking shock when they tried to take advantage of me and i made sure it didnt happen .. screw them

Pissed off at my old man. Been back from the cocaine continent for over 2 months now, in that whole time he hasn't phoned me once yet I've phoned him EVERY week without fail sometimes more than once. I've asked to come down to see him and he always says he's busy or he'll get back to me, I've asked when he's going down to my grans for tea (he's always down there) so I can go to and he keeps saying he'll get back to me, he never does, I've asked him if he wants to have a few beers but he keeps saying he's busy and he'll get back to me but you fucking guessed it he never does. Whenever I phone he can't even be arsed to talk to me, always moaning that he's tired or 'can't be bothered'. Called him there and was telling him about work n stuff and he says it again so I says to him that everytime I call him he says that, and says maybe I shouldn't bother phoning him from now on, he tells me to FUCK OFF and hangs up. :!

My heart goes out. It really does. Then it stops at the offy, comes back with a bottle of Jim Beam and tells me to carry on partying.
 
I don't know why he's always in a fucking mood, might be because I'm due him £200 but he knows he's getting that back at the end of the month. I went down to his house a few weeks back, just on the off chance he was in because otherwise I'll be waiting forever on an invite down. I go in, I have one of his cans of cider and I've not even got half way down the can when he's saying "right c'mon I'll drive you home". :\
 
Annoying adverts

Has anyone been noticing that tv adverts are getting worse and worse?
For the last few days ive had various shitty jingles stuck in my head from this crap we are fed daily, the trainline advert pisses me off, that sticks in yer head like fuck!
