Misc L-Theanine with GABA

So, on my bottle of L-Theanine with GABA, i've noticed that there is a little line that is commonly found to mean (if taken the "wrong way" can lead to fun)

It says "If you take too much of this product, it may impair youre ability to drive a car or operate machinery"

Wiki says psychoactive which can mean just about anything.

Does this basically mean ill fall asleep, or if i take a giant dose am i going to see green fairies or fractal patterns? (the latter pl0x)

It is extract from tea leafs. Basicly does nothing, mild sedating effect. It has a cas number so it is recognized chemical and because the stupid laws in USA it has those warnings.

Theanine supposedly increases aplha brain waves ( these are the relaxing ones )
