Has anyone else noticed that when on a benzodiazepine binge, that they crave sugar hard caore. Normally I hardly ever eat sweets or candy.. But when I'm on a benzo binge, I go crazy on candy. I've learned that so far the best combination is 100 mg's of Diphenhydramine and 2400 mg's of Valerian, plus as many klonopins I can take in a day ranging from 1mg to 16mg's.. Obviously the additives are not necessary if I'm going to take 16 mg's of Klonopin with my 8mg's of Suboxone. ANYONE know much about this stuff, and the proper amount to feel as well as possible

I've never noticed a sugar crave but I've never had a large benzo bender; fingers crossed that I don't go down that road.

I don't find myself hungry from benzos at all.
 
Well possibly, one reason I have stopped using benzos is I can hardly remember what happened afterwards.

However, from what I recall I don't think they have ever increased my appetite.

i tend to eat alot on ambien though. but not just sugary things, anything

It gets even worse with alcohol. I don't give a fuck about eating, but I do at the same time.
I get full and it shatters even more stress.

Exactly.. i end up gaining 5 lbs everytime I go on a three or four day binge
 
Assload of fast food... Oh, I remember those days.

Now instead of eating a shit load, I just take 5-htp pills..

Feels exactly the same as when out brains release serotonin from eating.
 
I eat as much as I can when I am on any benzo.... Especially Valium. OMG The munchies.

Bags of chips, corn dogs, enchiladas, fried shrimp, hush puppies, cinnamon toast crunch, Milk in general...etc...

BTW, ideas stemming from K-holes are the best ideas.

Thats where all my musical and artistic ideas come from.
