I'm prescribed 3mg's a day of Klonopin and 8mg's of Suboxone, but have been really disatisfied with the affect of the klonopin, at first it was great now its like I didnt even take anything.

Someone on this site suggested KAVA KAVA, Beta Supplement and Valerium to help potentiate the klonopin, because I wasn't getting the sedative properties that I was hoping it would have. I already went through the KAVA KAVA, and the Beta is compleltely worthlelss, but I'm wondering about the Valerium, sometimes known as a sleeping Aid. My capsules of Valerium are 800 mg's with 225 mg's of Valerium root extract.

How much should I be taking in order to get a heavily sedated feeling but not knocked out. I've taken three today, 4 KAVA KAVA capsules not sure on mg, mixed it with two beers and took 10mg's of klonopin and 12mg's of Suboxone. Anyone with experience or knowledge please help me understand what the proper amount of MG intake I should ingest with my Klonopin and Suboxone in order to feel bery sedated. I'm starting to nod a TINY bit now, but now that I have no KAVA KAVA left i'm goiing to haee to stick with just the valerium with my meds. Note: I have a very high tolerance to suboxone and klonopin... I really hope someone can legitmately help me get the ideal dose. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE. LOVE U ALL

I suggest some paragraph breaks and some semblance of structure to your post would be a good idea if you want anyone to reply

I assume you mean valerian (which I changed in the title) because upon googling I only found a salon called valerium.

Valerian and kava have some usefulness but I think you are expecting too much from them. Even the best quality kava or valerian are not going to be comparable to a drug like clonazepam but this is moot anyway if you get the typical OTC shit they sell in grocery stores and most health food stores.

If you already have a high tolerance to benzodiazepines (such as clonazepam) chances are you aren't going to get anything from valerian or kava except maybe a headache if you take massive amounts.

^This.

Massive amounts of kava is very intoxicating and happy. Valerian is the headache and grogginess.

Point blank Valerian is purely for sleep, not for recreation.

Kava on the other hand is beautiful I take a shit load on the weekends and they are the best days in my life.
