E hangover absolutely unbearable! any tips?

i took 5 and a half tabs last night (i know thats where i went wrong) and was up all night. bout a few hours ago i started having the worse hangover ive ever experienced. anybody have any tips on how to make it a lil more bearable? thanks
 
Go to a larger drug store and pick up some 5-htp. It's the best supplement for regenerating serotonin. Aside from eating well and getting as much sleep as possible, you'll have to just wait it out to some extent.
 
Exercise, exercise and exercise again! Hit the gym, go for a jog, ride a bike - pick whichever one suits you best.
 
Don't sit around in your room. Park,beach just anywhere outside.
 
You should pick up piracetam for your hangovers too. If you take it before you roll, your hangover is little to nothing. But even if you just take it the next day, it always makes me feel a lot better :)
 
First, you are going to be ok. That is important for you to hear.
I am experiencing a long-term recovery, and I have had contact with others that are worse off than me, so please believe me that you will be ok.
If I am willing to say it, then it must be true.

5-htp may help, but it may also make your anxiety worse. Use your judgment and discontinue use if you don't like it. Piracetam, choline, and fish oil seem to be the most effective combination for those having real problems from E use. I highly recommend them.

Exercise is a great idea - I recommend it to ALL in recovery, but not necessarily in the first week. Honestly, it would have killed me in the first two weeks, but that's me. After four weeks of hell, I discovered Piracetam and began eating solid food again....workouts soon followed and have made all the difference in the world.

You need to know that you are at an increased risk for stroke. Serotonin plays a major role in blood distribution in the brain, and you have drastically decreased the amount of serotonin in your brain. It can take 3 months for the body to start synthesizing more of it. In the meantime, your brain is going to pull out all stops to restore blood flow. Depending on the amount of damage done, this change can result in visual/spatial distortions.

So, have you had any changes in vision or feelings of dizziness?
Does the back of your head buzz?
How are you eating?

If you don't have any major complaints in these areas, you should be fine within a week or two. A month, tops.

Let us know how you are doing.

Don't forget the piracetam, choline, and fish oil. Also, get some tumeric extract - its a great anti-inflammatory. Aspirin is ok too, but leave ibuprofen and Tylenol alone.

If you can exercise, go for it.
 
Healthy options: 5-htp,piracetam,oxidants,omega3....Unhealthy options: benzos,opiates,weed. A horny bitch helps as well, but not sure under which option that one goes..

I have never taken anything to deal with comedown besides food in my life (AND SMOKING WEED OF COURSE)

but I think a benzo would do the trick :) Just don't roll that often, or use benzos regularly ever
 
benzos are lovely for the hangover, srs. dont get too into them tho, the WD is the worst of any drug out there (cited from ex heroin and benzo addicts)

ive never experienced heroin wd personally, but i am tapering off of benzos, not fun! (didnt get tooooo far down the tunnel though, so i just have minor wd, which is a STILL a bitch)

the more pure the worse your hangover. you may just have very well regulated neurotransmitters.

but to the OP i've personally never had too nasty of a comedown, but smoke lots of pot and don't dwell on how your feeling now. you have no where to go but up, unless you eat beans like they're... well beans in which case you'll smash your serotonin receptors into nothing. but thats for a different thread.
 
force yourself to go out. not in the party sense but just...meet with a friend. buy some ice cream and go for a nice walk. especially if the friend is experiencing the same comedown as you it will be good. you can talk about how great the night was and how shitty you both feel. shared agony = half the agony
 
5HTP but don't start using it regularly - like don't use it daily for the rest of your life. just after bad MDMA comedowns
Exercise is important, even just like a half an hour or an hour walk every day
Eat healthy - salads, protein, etc.
Make sure you're getting enough sleep
Try getting multi vitamins and vitamin B and taking them daily.
Now that the weather is nicer (at least in my area), try and stay outside a bit. Fresh air is always good.
And keep yourself doing something. I find that my hangovers are much worse when I just sit around. Just do something :)

This has to do with where you are/sauce pills here are safer if you they have an A+ so to speak on pillreports then any of the "molly" I've seen going around. At least you arent getting completely ripped if you can find good pillz

if you weren't able to sleep your pills probably had some meth (or some other chemical) in them. usually it's absolutely no problem to sleep after clean pills containing mdma.
so my advice to minimise hangovers is to get clean pills and to take less. 5.5 pills is a lot if they were decent. more than 3 average pills (let's say 70mg mdma each) won't get you higher and just increase the negative (after) effects anyway.
 
"Hangover" is pretty vague, though I assume you're talking about the mental/emotional after-effects of E.

There really is no quick fix for the comedown, and you have to learn to weigh the negatives with the positives when deciding to do E. 5 hits is quite excessive, and just about anyone doing that much can expect to pay a hefty toll on the comedown.

Things that boost serotonin and fight depression:

Vigorous exercise
Sunlight
5-HTP supplements
Tryptophan-rich foods (nuts, dairy, meat)
Laughter

Also needed post-roll: water and sleep. Lots of sleep. No alcohol or other mood-altering drugs until your brain bounces back, which it most certainly will if you give it time.
