Why not make each of your report ratings cumulate and that can be the user rating... that along with a "joined date" as cali420 suggests would make a good rating system I would think? Does anyone else have an opinion on this? You. Could even do something like make a new users first 20 or 50 votes not count so people wouldn't make fake accounts just to vote for themselves... again I'm throwing this out to see if anyone else has any ideas or anything on it

Another idea to cut down on bogus reports, comments, accounts, can you only allow one username to be added per IPaddress? I'm not exactly sure how all that stuff works but if the same ip address has a bunch of users that seems fishy... esp if theaccounts were all created from the same address....

That sounds like a good idea - I can probably have a joined date added to the username without much of a problem. I'll suggest this and see what can be done with regards a rating system.

The multiple accounts is a tricky situation as a lot of people simply use proxies and change IP's often.

could a section be added to submit a test result? many reports dont have em, and usually a comment will have a test result posted but somehow gets lost in the comments. that way a mod can see if there is and verify/post image. it shouldnt be a post image, but link, so that it doesnt get abused etc.

The option is "submit report".... letting other people "modify" a persons report kinds defeats the purpose... if the person is wrong or lying, the comments will reflect that typically... but if anyone could just "say they know otherwise" and change things, EVERYONE would try to correct people and info would be fucked...

Essentially there's no "sure way" to check up on this stuff so who's gonna be the judge of who's right and who's full of shit or just doesn't know what they're talking about?

I know where your coming from but I think its better that if somebody is testing pills/making videos then they should simply make a new report and get the full credit for their work.

There is really nothing stoppy the person who tested the pill to simply leave the link in the comment section

What I suggest on adding new photos is leave a message in the report and ask the OP if the pill/s are the same as your link. If they are they can always add the photo to the thread.

Speaking of photos... the size limits on the uploads are horrible if working from a smartphone... is there any way pics could be "auto-sized" ? Also stitching pics is a pain on a phone and needs apps and such... hell I know plenty of people who couldn't do it on a comp with the full photoshop... perhaps one pic for pill id and one for test results? Abuse of either = ban...

Ok say you post a report on some dankles... someone else comes along and post test results saying your pills are meth.... are you cool with that?

The "member since" feature is fantastic, thanks and well done!

What I'd like to see on pillreports.com:

1. Mobile app. I realise this may not happen, but i really like the idea.
2. RSS feed, per region. Would be nice to get notified of new additions, rather than having to check every so often (my region isn't that active, maybe three or four reports a week?)
3. HTTPS option. You can't be too careful.

When you go on a report, it would be nice if the user name's was a hotlink getting you to a profile page where you could see all of this person's reports. If you know someone is from your area and have always posted useful reports, you might want to check his others out too!

Oh if funding is problem for the mobile app and other stuff for the site how bout a fund raiser? Il chip in $50 straight up if it's set up correctly! And I'm sure many others will as pr is there to benefit us all.
