tramadol potency

Hi, is there anything you can do to make tramadol more potent? or anything else that interacts well with it?

i find a small amount of alcohol takes the "speedy" edge off and heightens the euphoric aspect, but take care with this of course...

I've found that taking it alongside Kava Kave Root Powder makes me feel more euphoric.
It also helps prevent seizures from occurring, so I worry less when mixing those two.

Tramadol is some fuzzy stuff, It's one of my favorite compounds for sure.

Anti-histamines work well too. The first-generation/sedating ones, at least.

i had a seizure on 250mg tramadol the first time i tried alcohol with tramdol...so i don't recomend drinking...and i never take tramadol past 50mgs without klonopin or valium involved....sometimes it would give me an amazing high all day back when i only had a 20mg oxy or hydro tolerance...its very speedy the high and make sure to always keep your mind on something and to keep moving so you dont have a seizure...yes i still take tramadol even after my seizure, thats a bit fucked up but sometimes i gotta have that high....
