I would not be surprised if the nasal bioavailability was lower than oral bioavailability, but the nasal has a much greater peak concentration resulting in a greater high.

So technically your getting more of the drug orally. But Intranasal just hits u HARDER! and faster right? : ]

As mentioned, BA depends on the formula of the pill. I'd imagine most of it is water-soluble tho

So.. if it's 75% oral then it's 75%+ (closer to 100% ) plugged

I plug adderall and it feels like twice the oral dose with a longer duration and way less PNS stimulation

I know people have their preferred MOAs tho

Yup since peak plasma levels are reached sooner - the drug is metabolized & reaches the brain more rapidly

That's also why it doesn't last as long as other routes

Foreal? Why dex? My dr (he knows I abuse drugs) but he thought I needed an amphetamine so it put me on dex cuz supposedly its less addictive? idk im wired : D

^^There have been many threads on this for some reason.

I don't have any sources, but my personal experience with snorting 5mg and 10mg dextroamphetamine instant release (Barr Labs brand, I don't know what you all are getting in the UK) and snorting crushed up dextroamphetamine extended release 10mg (also Barr Labs brand) is that the availabilities are close, snorting brings you up quicker but also brings you down quicker. The usual "YMMV" disclaimer applies because I don't have any sources.

On a side personal note, I usually snort and then eat an equal amount of Dexedrine if I'm doing that method, that way I get the best of both worlds.

Mine have a sorta sweet drip. There orange and have a b or a 6 (cant tell)

It is a dextroamphetamine 2D molecule structure, for the most part.

The circle part of the "b" is a hexagon, which resembles the benzene ring; that's why I bring up this resemblance.

It is actually part of the Barr logo; I just wanted to point out the ironic nature of this.

I think Adderall is more addictive than Dexedrine. Reason being; I think that there is less euphoria re-gained by re-dosing Adderall, so continue feeling good, people will start taking 1 tablet, then go to 2, then 4, then 8, then 20, then more and more and more. With dexedrine I find this is less problematic and the dosage can be titrated up and down easily. With adderall, I see a lot of people just upping their dosage.

I think why doctors think dexedrine is more addictive, when they do honestly believe this, is because the good feelings with Adderall will quickly go away - and I guess doctors just assume people will keep using their medications as prescribed. If this is the case, and people aren't maddeningly trying to up their dosage to account for the lack of euphoria, then it could be less addictive.

It'll depend on which individual is using it though - some people prefer Adderall, oddly enough.

This is the very reason why I prefer d-amp orally. The rush with IV d-amp is just not worth it, and it's not great for your veins, even when micron filtered. The d-amp molecule itself is kind of corrosive to the vein.

The d-amp tablets don't even micron filter well at all.

Additionally, I don't enjoy the rush to d-amp as d-methamp is highly superior. The rush of d-amp is mostly speedy and not overly euphoric.

I snort these...are they alright to snort?

Each 10mg IR dexedrine tablet (barr manufacturer) weighs 0.3 grams, and only 0.01 grams of that is dextro-amphetamine. So, no, I don't think it's all right to snort, the other 0.29g of the tablet is just not good for your nose.

Hmm Im still trying to decide if I should orally take em or up the nose. All what Ive heard from you and others is D-AMP up the nose isnt the greatest but if I pop twenty mg nothing much if i snort twenty mgs Im gooood

Have you considered taking a once day long break maybe every other week?

That's as much breaks as I take with it, and it still works great.

Well The place im going ( u know about) doesnt let me refuse meds. I can but it looks bad for my P.O.
And i havent used AMP's for Rec use in a minute this is the first time ina while

snorting is fun, but not good on a daily basis. you'll destroy your nose and tolerance will go through the roof (speaking from experience)

I'd make it a weekend thing if anything. Still, a slippery slope tho

Id just say eat your dose, Last longer and easier come down.

Put if you want a rush, I would say Plug it!!!!

Snorting Adderall or Damp always hurt my nose and leaves a nasty drip that makes me want to puke(I think because of the sweetness it has)

I'm one of the people that perfers Adderall to D-amp. I feel more euphoria with adderall but the crash is worse. Where d-amp Ill get little euphoria but it is smoother on the come-up and come-down.

generic adderall

I was prescribed generic adderall 10mg (amphetamine & dextroamphetamine). It is a blue pill. What is the best way to get a high from it? Is it worth snorting?
