How long do I have to wait after dosing with 15 mg of methadone orally for me to feel effects from OXycodone? I dont have a tolerance to methadone either.

You don't have a tolerance to opioids and you are asking about taking 15mg of methadone? That would be trouble. Check out the Opioid Equivalency chart in my signature.

edit: to answer the rest of your question check out the Methadone threads in the OD Directory (also found in my sig). I doubt methadone has a blockade effect at 15mg and you would therefore not have to wait at all before taking oxycodone would add to your high. Remember that methadone has at least a day long half life and you might not feel high but still are and adding oxycodone on top could cause problems.

I wouldn't take any more opiates if you're already on 15mg of methadone, if you don't have any opiate tolerance, 15mg of methadone is more than enough...

I would wait at least 24 hours after dosing 15mg methadone. That dose of methadone typically doesn't exhibit blocking effects, but if you have little tolerance that is a decent dose of methadone.. When I was on methadone maintenance at 70mg daily, I would have to wait a good 3 days before heroin would be marginally effective.

Congrats on becoming a mod Mr. Brokedownpalace! :D

methadone for pai management can be mixed with other pain medications for breakthrough pain if you're on a low enough level of methadone to reduce the risk of it blocking the effects of other opiates

At only 15mg Methadone doesn't exhibit the opiate blocking effects so it doesn't matter how long you decide to wait. However it is best you wait 24 hours just because a methadone naive person should not be combining other opiates with it because its easy to overdose that way. Methadone is very powerful and remember sometimes it takes up to 2 1/2-3 hours before you start to experience the full effects.
