Mine mainly just likes the bubbles - the only alcohol she really goes for is whiskey for some reason! She gets loud, obnoxious and annoying...very human haha.

Hey mate, as an aside note....how do you know yours is a girl?? My boyfriend and I have been deliberating over which sex our lori is for the whole 6 years of its life :D We generally refer to him as a "he" but sometimes he does "brooding/nesting" behaviour which makes us think he's a girl...

Yeah, we know it's a girl since she pops out the eggs every few months lol. You know it's coming coz she get's all moody! Took her maybe 3 or 4 years before she laid anything, we wondered the entire time too...she's 12 now. I think I read somewhere that the males help out with the nest too (they're modern guys). Really hard to get solid, accurate information about their habits though, which suprises me given how common they are!

Cool!! Well yeah, as I said Buzz (my lori) is 6 years old so I reckon he would've started laying eggs if he was a chick by now. Makes sense about the brooding/nesting thing, he does it all the time, it is quite adorable haha.
