US RC Bans (most 2C-xs)

To ban the sale of certain synthetic drugs.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
(a) Short Title- This Act may be cited as the ‘Combating Designer Drugs Act of 2011’.
SEC. 2. CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ACT.
Schedule I of section 202(c) of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 812(c)) is amended in subsection (c) by adding at the end the following:
‘(18) 2-(2,5-Dimethoxy-4-ethylphenyl)ethanamine (2C-E).
‘(19) 2-(2,5-Dimethoxy-4-methylphenyl)ethanamine (2C-D).
‘(20) 2-(4-Chloro-2,5-dimethoxyphenyl)ethanamine (2C-C).
‘(21) 2-(4-Iodo-2,5-dimethoxyphenyl)ethanamine (2C-I).
‘(22) 2-[4-(Ethylthio)-2,5-dimethoxyphenyl]ethanamine (2C-T-2).
‘(23) 2-[4-(Isopropylthio)-2,5-dimethoxyphenyl]ethanamine (2C-T-4).
‘(24) 2-(2,5-Dimethoxyphenyl)ethanamine (2C-H).
‘(25) 2-(2,5-Dimethoxy-4-nitro-phenyl)ethanamine (2C-N).
‘(26) 2-(2,5-Dimethoxy-4-(n)-propylphenyl)ethanamine (2C-P).’.

THE DEA IS THE MAIN SOURCE OF HEROIN AND COCAINE INTO THE USA... I wouldn't doubt it...
 
Cause some kids took waaayyy too much 2CE and probably were boozing with it and died.. so emergency scheduling is under way
 
Well, we knew it was coming. It sucks that they got most of the good ones though.

What other psychedelic phens did they miss? At least of the 2C-x class? Whoop de-doodle-do they left out 2C-G which hasn't even made it to the market.
 
This sucks for sure, but don't get into thinking these chemicals are going to become unavailable.. 2C-T-7 and 2C-B have both been scheduled for years and are still available.

Damn shame though.. hopefully this bill will die in committee. I'm positive the cathinones will all be banned soon because there is more coverage on them everyday, but with any luck this will fly under the radar without ever becoming law.

We are lucky they didn't stick these in with the cathinone bill.

Availability wont be an issue, never has been really, even with the scheduled RC's like 2C-B and 2C-T-7, but the risk of now getting penalized is awful.


I think its absolute horse shit that they can make these chemicals illegal when most of them have dont NO harm!
 
^Yea I agree there are sites that have been selling schd 1 drugs for a long time. It's also beyond logic that they are targeting some the least harmfull drugs.

Good job DEA your doing a great job keeping these evil drug out of the hands of school children8). Now go out to the bar and get drunk with all your DEA buddies to celibrate your success.

The seeming ease to the first time seeker perhaps, and prices on the surface on dot coms maybe, but over all, nothing will change. China will continue to pump out the worlds supply and india will pick up the slack. Anyone willing to put a little time and effort into finding them will still be able to pretty damn easily and for probably the same prices they are used to. Then only thing that changes is the risk they put themselves in (us, the consumers). People on the production end of things could give a shit less about another one of our retarded unenforceable drug laws.

All n all, it's just another day.

That may be true for your circles but as someone who recently joined the scene I don't see any of these being available for me after they become illegal.

I couldn't find 2C-B or 2C-T-7 if my life depended on it and currently legal RCs on the street are highly inflated compared to online.

Although thinking about it this bill might not pass. I don't think there has been enough publicity to warrant it, but alas the political machine is a hard one to read. I guess I'll be writing a letter to my representative.
