I just shaved down about 15mg off of the opana 40 and needed a suggestion for dose. If it was OC I would be doing about 40mg. Thanks. Also, I did 10mg adderall last night along with Valium for a comedown and I know they both have VERY long half lives. Just making sure they wouldn't effect the situation.

If you're taking 40 mg of oxycodone intranasally, then I would say start off with 10 mg of oxymorphone and wait a little bit (15-20 mins) and see where that gets you. If you feel like you need more, try another 5 mg. I think 15 mg will be the right dose. However, you know your body best and you know your limits best, so try out 10 mg first and go from there. Oxymorphone is an extremely potent narcotic and you have to be cautious when using it.
 
Too bad Oxymorphone is not available in Canada yet. Not sure if Purdue Pharma is going to release a version in Canada or not. Anyone know?

That's what I was thinking. Thanks for all your replying on the forum. I know it's not much coming from one person but you always try to reply if you know anything and are always helpful. You help out alot of people and it doesn't go unrecognized.
 
Op if you can Take 40mg of oxy then you should easily be able to snort 20mg of the opana ER formulation. Cut into small lines for better absorption, and work your way up. Just find your sweet spot.
 
Ok thanks. If i was coming close to OD of how would I know ? Would I be to the point of vomiting before that happens ? I'm at the house alone an was just curious. I cut the 15mg I shaved into 4 lines and jut did 2 about 20 mims ago. I'm gonna wait about an hour between doses and keep hitting another line.

It is available in Canada. It's available in suppository form under the brand name Numorphan.

You'd get tired. Puke, sweat... It's not as speedy as oxy but does provide a magnificent buzz.
 
Ok guys. I have did the 15mg I shaved off over the past 2hrs.. Feel a slight buzz but nothing major. I'm not going to do any more though because of the OD reports I have read.. Will I be fine to take a lortab or 2 in about 2 or 3 hrs ? Just hit my last line about 30 mins ago.

You might as well take an aspirin in a few hours if you have been doing Opana. That is like drinking liquor all night and wondering why a sip of beer didn't make you more drunk.
 
For some reason opana just doesn't do anything for me. I don't know why. Where is 2 lortab will at least make me feel like I have some sort of better mood and slight buzz.

You didn't do enough. I know that's not in the spirit of harm reduction... But I prefer opana to Roxi. You just have to find the right dose.
 
Just keep bumpin the opana. You'll find your sweet spot. I always did 40-60mgs of oxy and when opanas first showed up I blew the whole 40. I was extremely bent, but it was such a blissful high. My eye lids were glued shut and i looked like an idiot, but I enjoyed every second of it.

Actually, no its not Endo here in Canada. Just because a specific manufacturer makes a pill in the US does not mean its the same as Canada.

Canada actually follows the European trade names, and the International trade names more than the U.S. trade names.

Just like you how you guys in the U.S. call it "Klonopin" (It's not called Klonopin anywhere else in the world, the actual original brand name for Clonazepam and International name for it is Rivotril. So don't be such a Cunt until you do your research first.

I've just decided to save the rest an try 15mg all at once tomorrow instead of doing little bumps. Will I be fine taking 2 tabs now. My last bump of opana was like 4hrs ago.

Show me a link where it states Oxymorphone is available in Canada?
I have NEVER seen it anywhere, and nobody has even heard of it up here.

If it was out in Canada, I would know, and I think the doctors would too. I have looked and even asked doctors if it was available up here, and they are saying no.

So, if you do have legitimate information on it being available in Canada, feel free to post some legitimate links with information.

Actually according to this http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1476286/pdf/canvetj00014-0057.pdf Hydromorphone is equal in potency as Oxymorphone as well.
