Opioid tolerance increasing steadily....

Here is a study which showed tiny doses of naltrexone administered with morphine prolonged the come on but tripled the peak duration. I have trad another study of ultra low naltrexone doses being used to reverse opiod tolerance.

A friend of momr took small doses for a few days then got powerful effects from a CWE. I think they are currently doing it again at the moment. I wont mention any names but perhaps they could chime in to sat how its going and probably give a much better insight into what to do that I can.

For anyone who is unaware naltrexone is an opioid antagonist that is farily commonly prescribed for alcoholism and occassionally for opiate dependence. As I understand it, it reduces tolerance/potentiates opioids via upregulation of the opioid receptors, tolerance is essentially down regulation of the receptors.

I've been taking ultra low doses of naltrexone, 5 micrograms twice a day, for about 2 months now. Results have been great. Took a week or two to notice anything changing but I've used codeine (and other opiates) daily during this with consistently good results; definitely no increasing tolerance, in fact it's been decreasing my tolerance so I can once again get a good feeling from 400mg's of codeine.

^ Did you feel as if the opioid effects of euphoria and respiratory depression were stronger like the nausea was? I don't think it's tolerance, rather a case of your stomach already being in a state where vomiting was more likely.

Come to think of it, I don't think felt the opioid effects at all, if anything very slightly. But the opioid effects are never as strong when I'm smoking meth.

Its basically just gave me a headache so I took a couple of panadol's which didn't help as it slowly got worse over time and it didn't occur to me until i suddenly felt sick in the stomach and instantly threw up that i had snorted oxy. I can't think of anything else that could have caused it as i hadn't consumed anything other than meth, oxy and ghb during that period. Just puzzles me a bit..

rule number one, if you feel sick off an opioid and have a head ache use panadol crushed rectally as to give ur stomach a break.

Really? Crushed panadol rectally as in through enema?

Nausea off an opioid usually isn't an issue with me anymore as I've learnt my lesson by making that mistake a few times before. Which is why I take usually take well under what I know my body is capable of.. tbh my mind is still a little off atm so I'll continue this another time lol
