Am I safe to take an Oxymorphone dose right now since I had Valium 6hrs ago ?

I took a 10mg Valium before I went to sleep about 6hrs ago. I plan on doin a line of opana right now but I am somewhat opiate niave ( 10mgs is a good dose for me ) and I know Valium has a VERY long half life and your not supposed to mix opiates and benzos.

Also just throw it in there I had 10mg adderall about 5 to 6 hrs before the Valium ( I took the Valium for the comedown )

I'm not very opiate niave just less so than most users on this board. I normally stick to roxis and take a 30mg in the morning and a 15mg every 3 hours or so after and that doesn't get me very high per say, but puts me in a very uplifting mood. I could easily take 40 - 45 mg of oxy and be perfect.

You should be ok then - the 10mg Diazepam is not that dangerous. Just dont mix booze whilst ur in the heat off the moment or any other substance.And of course...relax!!!! All should be fine then. Go to wikipedia and type in opiod comparison or conversion to guide you as to relative strength. Opana is strong so be careful. If you feel ur breathing is dropping to 2 breaths a minute call an ambo.

also buprenorphine 1.5 mg gets me smashed (IR version, no narcan in there) and this is less equivalent, whereas 80mgs Oxy makes me high but not like buprenorphine or Opana. Opana is different-strong, strong, strong, strong, strong.

Im on 60mg Oxazepam and 1 bottle of red.......unthinkable 6 months ago. Bloody tolerance buprenorphine gave me towards anything. I've never been able to get od'ED on anyhting as my first opioid experience was clean heroin 250mg smoked (150mg OPANA) and that also put my tolerance up for the rest of my life After the initial 5 minute rush I could no see or speak for 4 hours....absolutely gone in a cocoon. Another cosmos or sphere-with god.

Yeah, I know. Its a very different kind of high. I would rather stick to oxy because its what Im familiar with but I have an unlimited supply of Opana. I have tried it twice and its a very strange drug; dosing wise. For instance. I did a quarter of a 40 ER my first time and felt a slight buzz. My next time I did half of a 10mg IR tab and didnt get any feeling at all, but felt nasaua and wanted to throw up. And everything I read about it is different. Some say its equal mg to mg and other say its like 5x more potent than oxy. ( and everywhere in between )
