Need some opinions on Oxycodone and benzo combo.

I was having a conversation with my saucepan before and he would like to try something.

NSFW:
The saucepan is possibly me.


Some stats on the saucepan:
Takes Tramadol daily, has a HUGE tolerance to Tramadol; like embarrassingly high.
However this doesn't seem to effect my tolerance (at least as I can tell) with other opioids (i.e. Codeine, Dihydrocodeine etc).
Like 300 mgs of Codeine will feel rather nice (as opposed to 300 orr double or triple the same of Tramadol, and yes he and I KNOW the risks with Tramadol seizures and such, so don't point it out).

My real question.
The saucepan has Oxycodone (up to 100mgs)
It was thinking of doing 30mgs of Oxy as that felt very nice last month, but he's heard that benzos can (possibly?) make the "high" feel better.

The benzos he has are Alprazolam 1mg (Xanax) and Diazepam 5mgs (Valium).

In peoples experiences, if people have any, what's the best combination?
Or is it a waste of time to even bother?
As I said, their Tramadol tolerance is insanely high but as I said, it doesn't seem to effect other opioids too much (thank god).

So yeah, taking that info into account; what would be nice (saucepan refuses to go over 40mgs of Oxy at a time).
Dosage of Oxy would probably be 30mgs
He's thinking either 5-25mgs of Valium or 1-2mgs of Xanax with it.

oxy and valium would indeed be very nice, but you would need less of each as to what you would normally take.
xanax and oxys is more likely to put you to sleep (after a bit of fun lets say lol) where as the valium would add more of a euphoric relaxing aspect.

what is your tolerance to benzos like?

i have only once had 40mg oxy,3mg xanax and a few shots of vodka and it sent me pretty spastic lol, was fkn epic, but i was ready to crash in bed when i felt the nods getting too strong.

i dont have much experience, but you could probly halve your oxy dose and have a normal benzo dose for you.
at least that way you would be less likely to just go to sleep, but i'd wait for others to comment with more experience on doses.
 
I found adding 2mg of xanax to my usual recreational dose of 30mg oxy ruined the oxy high. Did not feel the oxy at all once the xanax kicked in and Ive got a decent benzo tolerence. When I treat myself again to some oxy in a month or so I might try say 10mg of valium with it. My aim with adding benzos was to increase the oxy high so I will now rule out xanax.
 
i find xanax does that to me on codeine and i have a big xanax tolerance.
it just cancels out the effects a bit for me, i dont necessarily feel the xanax more, i just feel the codeine less, i would have thought oxy would be strong enough to balance that out a bit, but perhaps not...
 
I agree with both of you.
In terms of some Codeine I've had in the past, when I combined it with Xanax it kinda felt like....Xanax counters some of the goody type (I dunno what the hell that means) feelings that come with a large dose.

So, I'll try Valium.

Oh and my Benzo tolerance is mild I guess, I have Xanax (but not everyday) just because I'm a drama queen.

id say dose of both drugs would depend on the setting and how fuck eyed you will be allowed to get.
if you've got a fair amount of both just do one dose at half of what you would do for either on their own to get an idea of what you are dealing with
 
On a harm min side of things: combining benzos and opiates is quite dangerous due to both supressing breathing. In fact, combing a benzo with a strong opiate (which oxy is) can be deadly. So if you do it, start on low dosages.

For safety purposes, I'd use the valium rather than the xanax. For me, xanax always knocks me out a bit more, whereas valium I find is less depressing.

I haven't had benzos with oxy, but I have had it with codiene a bunch of times. Personally I find that using a small and safe amount of valium (ie. just 5-10mg) gives a nice sedated and relaxed edge to the opiate buzz.

I would start on half the dose of oxy, and then just try 5mg valium. You can always add a little more if it isn't enough. You can't undo doses.

be safe, as this combo can be very dangerous.
 
Good advice psy (I wish I knew how to credit peoples posts or whatever).

Mini report of what I took:
20mgs Oxycodone (Endone)
10mgs of Diazepam (Valium)

It's produced a very relaxed feeling but not so much euphoric but it's nice, like, to just lie here with the lights off.
That's called nodding right?
My drug terms suck lol.

Most euphoric I ever had was 400mgs of extracted Codeine (from 30/500 tablets) on an empty stomach when I just woke up; wwwwweeeeeeeeeeeessssh that was intense lol.

I am still yet to get really decent euphoria off codeine. its nice and relaxing, but even on decent dosages it is nowhere near as good as oxy. oxy has me in absolute bliss. the only drug that has given me better euphoria is MDMA. however, codeine often just gives me a dull sedated high, with a fuzzy mind. its relaxing but I can't say I've gotten euphoric off it.

Anyway, glad you had fun with the oxy and valium. What I wrote was maybe on the cautious side, but I think this is one combo you do have to be very careful with.

glad you liek bluelight too. there is alot of info on here, and people are pretty cool and give really good advice.

Always gotta be carefull combining two downers, thats my 2 cents lol
 
Psytaco, that is strange.

Codeine + DXM + Val + Travacalm = as good as heroin for abour 5 mis.

For me anyways, that was from comparison to IV H too.

Codeine usually only lasts around half an hour for me though
 
My combo that i worked on was hydromorphone + codeine + xanax+DXM+Passionflower n Damiana tea+weed hehehe. If ur doin a fair bit of oxy go easy with the benzos, probs take less than half of what u normally dose to start off with,
 
these posts are getting a little wreckless guys.

the initial question of the benzo's and opiates combination has been answered to death in a lot of the threads already existant here; a quick use of the search engine will yield the results you're after. don't be afraid to wonder outside AusDD into BDD and OD, DC, etc as well.

i'm going to close this now as the search can be used and OP has got a few responses with them starting to head against responsible advice.
