Bronchodilators to improve cannabis absorption?

Does anyone know if using a bronchodilator such as Primatene Mist (epinephrine) before smoking would potentiate the effects of the cannabis?

Anyone have any anecdotal evidence?

I haven't heard of such a thing... but that doesn't mean its not possible... just highly unlikely. Ive spent a lot of time here and never have heard any thing besides possibly mango or peaches... and even those, with a lot of backing, have proven to be silly (dealing with mycrose increasing high from preloading on fruits) and have no sig. findings in any study. I'd have to do more research on this as I have never heard of it or any effects - which leads me to think BS - but I will leave it open for possible discussion.

edit: Did a little reading and this seems to be an asthma medication, but OTC and herbal. I doubt that you would see a major change in it. Like I said I will leave it open for a short white to see if it garners any attention, but I highly doubt it. At most it may increase lung capacity and thus absorption rate, but that depends on strain just as much. It's like asking if holding your hit in for longer will get you higher - no, it has to do with the strain, not the duration of depriving yourself of oxygen. If this works, then an inhaler should work 10 times as well, which it does not.

THC is a bronchodialator on its own.
Adrenergic agents that act as bronchodialators do increase apparent lung capacity but I don't know if it's healthy or safe to be doing so. Nor if it has any effects on adsorbtion of the smoke other than being able to consume it faster.

Primatene Mist is definitely OTC, but not really herbal. It's a metered dose of 0.22mg epinephrine (a.k.a. adrenaline), the same stuff you get in EpiPens for allergic reactions and for cardiac arrest in the ER. I think most of the Rx inhalers are steroid-based.

I use it because seasonal allergies give me mild asthma. If I have some mad coughing fit while smoking (I know, quit smoking) then use the inhaler I notice that I can do bigger hits and hold it longer, but I don't know if person without asthma would notice a difference.

P.S. Primatene Mist is getting pulled from the market at the end of the year because it has CFCs in the propellant or something. Bummer.

I don't feel that my lungs work better or can uptake more oxygen after smoking really...quite the opposite. But guess above statement can be true anyway, just that all the shit in the smoke has a bigger impact then the so said bronchodialation effect THC could have..juz a thought.

Adderall and dxm smoking onn peak you can take intensely large hits

I think it would just be safer to get a second job and smoke more pot than to screw around with asthma medicines. I'm just sayin...

I use an Allbuterol inhaler and all it does is help me stop coughing and wheezing so I can continue to smoke it does nothing more than that for me. IDK I can see the logic but I dont think you would actually get higher just be able to inhale more smoke cause your lungs are opened up but Im no doctor.

Chainer : yo r u sayin dat Mangos get u higher?!?!?!?!
No, he said:
